I don't understand the question.....is what one quart or one liter?

this oil is for 30 hp compressor too ?

A 30 HP compressor is a very large commercial grade unit. The unit I have is only 5HP/60 gallon. I honestly can't answer your question given the fact that I'm not familiar with compressors this large. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer

just got this and it is clear color like water, not the usual amber like color, is this normal?

Mine was pretty near to clear as well--just slightly yellow like light canola oil. Possibly a formula change? I remember the first quart that I bought a couple years ago was much darker is well.
