What do I need to be able to use as a switch between batteries and a 2000 watt inverter?

If all you want to do is disconnect/connect the batteries from the inverter remotely, you need a 12v switched source to the coil and a ground. It is just a single pole single throw switch.

The note "The working time could be around continuous four or five hours , stop it and then use it." What if I have a 8 hour road trip?

I took a road trip 24hrs one way drove 18 hrs the first day 6 hrs the second day then turn around 4 days later repeated in the middle of summer with no problem the relay i replaced was the same make and model butI probably not the original in my 1995 Chevy conversion van relay is for charging my back battery also left it running for 8hrs plus in 90- 100 degrees so my pets saying cool inside hope this helps
