You could, I wash my face and I apply it right afterwards and than I put my foundation on. Its lite and I love it

Hi Lindsey! Every product has an expiration date printed on the box, but I think approximately you should finish the bottle within 3 months of using it regularly twice a day. Enjoy! I love it!

Is this product more effective for daytime wear or is it designed for bedtime?

Either. But I use it in the morning. I love this product, I wash my face in the morning and then I apply a small amount facial lotion on my face.
