Works well reasonable price
Remember to take the tabs off the side. I did not at first and it did not fit at first but this is probably protection for shipping. I paid almost $80 for a new one at an office supply store but never again.

Installing cartridge
The installation instructions were not clear about removing the orange clips on the ends of the ink cartridge.

completely compatable with HP laserjet 3015
So far, so good. fits as described. Just remember to remove protective strip AND red protective tabs on the sides of the cartridge. Instructions on the box don't tell you this and I initially thought I ordered the wrong size when I tried to insert the toner cartridge. It took some figuring out. Cant speak on longevity as I just replaced today, but much less expensive OEM.
