What is your policy if the product leaks or arrives damaged?

If you receive a defective item or experience any leakage during the first few uses, let us know immediately. We will send a brand-new replacement or refund your money at no extra cost—no need to return the damaged product.

Can I return this product after I’ve used it if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with the performance of our arm cast cover, you can return it within 30 days via Amazon's policy. We only ask that you reach out to us first so we can help resolve any technical or fitment issues you might have!

Can I use this for swimming or total immersion in a tub?

This cover is specifically designed for showering and light bathing. While it has a watertight seal, we do not recommend long-term submersion or vigorous swimming, as the movement might compromise the vacuum seal.

I have a broken hand and cannot use my other arm well. Is it easy to put on by myself?

Absolutely. We designed this with a high-elasticity silicone opening that can be stretched wide with minimal effort. To make it even smoother, we recommend having someone hold the seal open the first time.

Is the seal so tight that it will cut off my blood circulation?

We’ve upgraded the silicone ring to be softer and more flexible. For best results, avoid wearing it for more than 20 minutes at a time to ensure maximum comfort.
