Great mascara! Better than the more expensive brands. I just received a sample from Lancome and this mascara is ten times better. The secret is in the brush. It doesn't carry too much product, and it allows the application to all of the shortest lashes easily. I am so glad it is also waterproof. It lasts all day and doesn't give the raccoon effect after blinking! Please don't change this formulation!

Absolute favorite mascara! Prefer it to the more expensive brands. Stays on. My lashes look long and not clumpy. This is a repeat purchase.

I've tried dozens of mascaras over the years, but I keep coming back to this one. The L'Oréal Telescopic Waterproof Mascara truly delivers on its promise of lengthening without clumping. The brush is super thin and precise, making it easy to get every single lash—even those tricky corner ones. What I love most is how it actually stays put. I’ve worn this through long days, workouts, and even some tears, and it doesn’t smudge or flake at all. It gives a clean, defined look that you can build up for more drama without it getting clumpy. Removal does take a bit more effort since it's waterproof (which is expected), but a good oil-based remover does the trick. If you're looking for serious length and all-day wear, this is it. I hope they never discontinue it!

I like this mascara. Lengthens lashes in just two applications. The only issue is that I have trouble removing it. I need a better mascara cleanser. It truly is waterproof!

My sisters like it quite a lot; they had another one from L'Oreal, but they think this one is better, even though it runs out relatively soon. The brush is good and gives a good shape, while also taking good care of the eyelashes.

This L'Oréal Paris Telescopic Original Mascara is what I use when I need my eyes to look awake, even if the rest of me is still negotiating with the day. It gives real length and clean definition without clumps, flakes, or drama. The brush is skinny and precise, which I appreciate because my hands are doing their best. It goes on easily, dries quickly, and doesn’t punish you for blinking too soon. It’s not flashy. It just works. Which, frankly, is all I’m asking for at this point. Final thought: My lashes look pulled together. I… may or may not be.

I read reviews that this is a good mascara for Asian lashes and I agree! I use this on top of another mascara for volume and with an eyelash curler and this added layer definitely keeps the curl all day. It separates the lashes and doesn’t smudge. I’m a repeat customer now!

I bought the waterproof formula. It’s relatively easy to get off my skin surrounding my eyelashes soon after I apply but the mascara that is on my eyelashes dries in clumps pretty consistently. I have tremors so that is largely the reason behind the clumping, but I can’t really separate the lashes once they clump together, even if the mascara is still wet. The massacre doesn’t really come off when i wash my face so I just feel like I’m repeatedly adding to the clumps every day. I definitely do not get any results like the advertise pictures and it’s pretty frustrating. I had really high hopes because the brush is great. I like that small size and I have found that size is often my best bet to separate the lashes but as soon as I get them, separated, they seem to clump back up. I feel like this is a decent formula for the masses, but I am very dissatisfied with the result in my specific case.

I have been using this one for years, my absolute favourite mascara. It has a great brush that doesn't create lumps and separates long lashes decently. And it is 100% waterproof. Love it.

This product is great overall for lengthening lashes. And for those who like to wear mascara on the lower lashes, it’s an above average product. It does not smudge or flake. As others noted, it does take a little more effort to remove at the end of the day, but to me that’s just a sign of a good waterproof mascara. This is an excellent drugstore find

To preface: I have lost the eyelash lottery in every category possible - short, sparse, straight, fine, and pointing down. I have tried & chucked out countless mascaras in an effort to find something that works for me. This mascara is one of the TWO known products that can actually give my lashes some degree of visible length, the other being Clio Kill Lash. The skinny wand helps to actually get into the roots, which I like a lot. The mascara also doesn't weigh my lashes down (looking at you, Covergirl). The waterproof version doesn't smudge at all which is so nice for lower lashes. (In the photo: yes this is considered "long" for me. without makeup you won't see my lashes at all) The only thing I don't like about this mascara is it makes multiple strands of lashes stick together to form one super thick lash. I tend to separate my lashes manually afterwards. If L'Oreal improves the wand to have finer, denser comb structures, it'd be perfect.
