I use them when I'm running a 5k parkrun, or a race more than 10k. One gummie lasts me around an hour. Great taste.

These have exactly the same texture as rowntree fruit gums. When they're cold they're quite hard to chew which isn't great when breathing hard due to exercise. Then they get stuck in my teeth. I'm already concious of my dental regime when consuming carbs (sugar) for longer distance run and cycle rides. They taste okay though. Overall they're just not for me.
