I use these in my car to control a cell phone charger wire going from my cig outlet to the top left of my dashboard. I snake the usb cord in through these and it creates a no-clutter way of being able to charge my phone on it's windshield magnet charger without a loose cable dangling around. Because of the type of plastic on my Toyota Yaris dashboard, the regular adhesive stickers didn't work. I had to use gorilla glue to get them to bond to the plastic. I also use these in my house to manage various thin music-related speaker wires and stuff. Those adhere with no problems. I really like this. I love making things more organized.

nice unobtrusive cable clops. wish the glue was stronger.

I was psyched when I saw these and thought they would be the ideal solution to tame the cable coming from my phone mount to my USB power port in my car. Unfortunately, they are not what I hoped for. The 3M adhesive strips were kind of clunky to use and they did not stick well to my surfaces. I cleaned the surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and let dry, then applied the strips to the clips as detailed in the manual on the back of the case. It was tough getting the strips to line up cleanly to the cable mount, none were 100% squared up because they are very small and it was tough to be precise. I wish they were already mounted to the mounts., that would have been much easier. It was also tough to pull off the sticker backing on both sides, just unpleasant and time consuming. Then came time to mount the cable clips to the surface. I held them with pressure for the prescribed time, only to let off pressure and see them pop right off. This was super frustrating, but I finally got 4 in place for the job after wasting a couple 3m strips and more time than I should have. I'm not sure how long these are going to stick, but they are there for now and I imagine I will have to revisit this chore in a few weeks when a passenger accidentally touches them. Maybe these don't work well for me because my car's interior has a textured surface, but either way I was disappointed because I know some simple double-sided tape would have worked better.

The glue is really strong and plastic seems solid.

Worked perfectly for cable

I used these to run the dashcam cables in my truck. I had read that others have said they will not stick to any kind of textured plastic, but that hasn't been the case for me. I vigorously wiped each clip location on the dash and on the center console with 91% rubbing alcohol and a clean rag and they stuck very well! Very happy with that, and with the cable clip portion as well, as they are thick plastic and clip the cable very securely. Would definitely buy them again.

Well, the adhesive stuck to the wall -- but it doesn't stay stuck to the plastic clip! Leaves useless hanging clips sliding down the cable, leaving black squares in the wall after a few months indoors. Super light cable I strategically removed all most all load/weight from to prevent this. How disappointing to go through the investment of installing them getting a sore back only to have to buy better and repeat.

These little bad boys have a very strong grip. Took quite a bit to pull off. Didn’t pull any paint off the desk as I was concerned it would being that secure. If you are looking for a simple cable management solution for thinner cables, these are it.

At last found the right cable clip and i put on each clip and more neat clip with dash cam. Phew!!

Very useful and good to have handy for organizing wires, the double sided tape sticks good on glass but some car plastic doesn't help , but very too to have .

Great little cable holders, feel the adhesive could be better. Aside from that however was delivered quickly as specified at a competitive price. Used the clips for an external home stereo set-up - looks tidy now!
