So Glad I purchased this product
I must say I did read the reviews for this item and other competitors. I finally narrowed it down to Marena Recovery. When I searched for a compression garment online I did run into Marena's website. I got a better view of the product. I really needed this garment asap so I went back to Amazon and searched for the exact product number as on their website-Amazon had it. The price was the same. I did need this within a couple of days so I did order from Amazon the SFBHS2, Short Leg No Closures, and glad I did. I received it within two days. The garment my dr gave was super uncomfortable and imprinted my skin, so while I waited for this one I used my high waisted high quality leggings. Once I received it, I did inspect it to make sure it was brand new, indeed it was. I ordered a Small, I do wear small in clothes. I wasn't sure if my measurements would be equal to my swollen belly. However, I took a chance and it was perfect. At this point I don't think I'll need to go down to the XS in a few weeks because it's nice and snug but we'll see. The key is knowing how to put it on. It may sound pretty straight forward but remember you have a swollen abdomen, tender, and needs healing. So that's where you want to put it on correctly. At first, it may seem the waist is small, but once you get above that it's all good. The thigh area is very comfortable; impressive. The straps were perfect as I am 5'3. I did adjust to longest length. Garment is very smooth, absolutely comfortable, evenly compresses your body without imprinting into your skin like the drs one. Material is soft and stretches, and breathable. The crotch area is pretty wide to pee, I personally will remove garment for the other use of the bathroom so at least you don't have to worry about wetting your garment in trying to remove it or unbuckle it. There are no clips, no zippers, you pull up the garment to put it on and pull it down to remove it. Do your research, everybody's body is shaped differently, and do go by the measurements. My waist is 26, rather than going with a XS because it ends with wait 26 I went with the Small starting at waist 26 to be on the safe side. Highly recommend it!! all around great service and great product.

Great for post-op
If you have abdominal surgery of any kind, you will likely be told by your surgeon to wear a compression garment for a number of weeks. This brand was the more comfortable of the two that I purchased. It has the advantage of drying very rapidly. You can wash it out by hand and hang it up and it will be ready to wear in the morning. It is significantly more expensive than some of the other brands. Shop for sales and purchase in advance of your surgery.

Purchase on Amazon not Marena.
Post abdominalplasty/MR+ breast revision. Pro: washes well, air dry fast. Longer legs as recommended from lymphatic specialist for better lymph flow. No side/crotch zipper or snaps. I feel this also adds to comfort for sitting long periods. Crotch opening for toiletry needs. Cons: straps are not that long. Iโm 5โ6โ and wear normal one pieces (not long torso) and the adjuster has about 1 cm before fully extended. Some discomfort along lateral hip incision when taking on off bc of no zipper. Really challenging to wear a t shirt/foam underneath. The bra piece sits right on my breast incisions. I just added padding to my post op bra and itโs not noticeable. I ordered the same garment on Amazon and from Marena directly. Amazon came first and it fit fine. I was already wearing another marena garment (from PS) so I knew my size but I checked the size guide and it was the appropriate size for myself. $118 with my prime. The Marena direct, took 7 days to arrive and was $118+discount +tax+ shipping =$106 I debated keeping both but these hand wash and air dry so well overnight . I wear a different compression at bedtime. There really is no need for more at this time. To return the Marena direct garment I had to call them and they quickly gave me a return info at my expense. I will mention I did not even open the package so it was totally returnable. The return shipping cost $16 with usps. So frustrating. These really need to be returnable after trying on. If not for size purpose but for comfort reasons. My Amazon marena has a sticker on the package seal that said โnot returnable once opened.โ I looked and Amazon still would have allowed me to continue with a return. So if youโre worried about purchasing off Amazon, just do it if you have Prime. Or ask your PS if they have one you could try on for size before committing. If I need more as swelling goes down I will purchase of Amazon.

post op body suit
I had major surgery and I was given this post op. I have to wear this for 90 days so I thought I would buy another as I need to wash them and they work great! The compression is great and while difficult to put on (because of the swelling, not because of the material), once it is on, you forget you have it on. Highly recommend!

STRAPS ARE WAY TOO SHORT AND TOO FAR BACK
The suit fit me perfectly for my torso with very firm and comfortable compression after 360 liposuction. I also had liposuction on underarm fat and for those areas this suit was unbearable. I had had misgivings on ordering it because of complaints that the straps were too far back toward the armpit, but, being a good sewer, I figured I could deal with that. After slipping the straps over my shoulders, the suit hurt, a lot. I extended the straps to maximum length and crossed them in back, which moved the front strap ends closer together and a bit farther from my armpits. I wore it that way for a half hour before I had to release the front strap hooks for relief from the pain. With the straps not fastened, I found that I would have had to add at least 7 1/2 inches to the length of the straps. It was a no brainer to return it at that point. I was very disappointed. I'm five weeks past surgery and still haven't found a good bodysuit.

Love it love it. Should have bought sooner
Hi! Had air sculpt lipo and a tiny tummy tuck and I am loving this garment. I wanted one i could wear while washing my other compression suit. It fits great, i like that its a pull on w no hooks and crotch area is comfy and large enough to.. really aim. I am 2 weeka post op, feeling great and actually had sex with it on (i mean why not) the other day. Not the best. Maybe just skip it (the garment, not the sex) for 30 mins. The only not great thing is like all compression graments I am finding, super tight straps that dig into your arm pits. I just stuff little diapers or maxi pads netween straps and skin and go about my day :)

Great garment, impossibly short straps
Pros: The material, shape and fit of the actual garment is amazing. It's even better than the one my surgeon gave me post surgery. The garment even has "pockets" for you bum so it doesn't squish it down too much. The shape this garment gives you is stunning. It has a crotch hole to use the restroom without taking it off that is a good size unlike others that are smaller and then stuff gets on the garment. Cons: The straps are adjustable, but even at the loosest adjustment IT RENDERS IT UNWEARABLE. I'm 5'4 and 3/4", 140 lbs. I got the small based on the measurement guide, but the straps dig into my shoulder and front armpit fat so badly that it is unwearable. It's painful to wear and it rubs the front of my armpits to the point of leaving them raw. I got ordered a medium instead, which is still ok for my measurements I think, but the dang straps are STILL TOO SHORT. It's painful to wear and it rubs the front of my armpits to the point of leaving them raw. I can only wear the garment with the straps up for no more than 2 hours at a time. They really need to make the straps longer because it is just ridiculous how short they are. The garment itself is amazing, so if you're on the short side 5'3 or less, then maybe this garment will be amazing for you. Also, I do not that I have a short torso at 10" long, so I know it's not because I have a long torse.
