If I were to put a label on it, what are the dimensions I would need for the label?

The dimensions of the main part of the bottle are 2.25" X 3.75" (height X circumference). (That's 57mm X 95mm for those using metric) So that would be the largest label you could fit.

Can they be water bath processed?

I would not recommend doing that with these bottles. They are plastic and would probably melt also the tops do not seal well. I used them for favors and filled them with spirits. They leaked! I hope this helps you with your decision.

The bottles and caps are sanitary and ready to use.

Do the bottles have a tight seal?

Yes. Actually they have a breakable seal once cap is placed on the bottle. Love them!
