buy a replacement fabric.. The corners started ripping first but not the middle has given away so my dog cant use it anymore... help

I had a K & H Pet Products Original Bolster Pet elevated bed for my late 70 lb Boxer which was very sturdy and easy to assemble.. great quality. He had it for a year before he passed away and was in its original form and he laid on it daily in the backyard. I wish i kept it after he passed. The Bedsure was a mistake to purchase as i was being cheap for my new dog.

One of the poles the thread is cross can't put screw in what do I do

Some options are: 1. Use a tap and die set to recut/clean up the threads 2. Force an oversized screw in it and live with the fact it doesn’t match the rest 3. Return the item to Amazon for a new one 4. Contact the manufacturer for a replacement part. Can’t remember where it’s made, this could be a challange.
