Really helpful!
I stuck to the program for 6 weeks and I did see a change in my core tone and my running also got faster! I still use a couple of the recipes that I liked from it too and have kept a couple of the exercises in my tool bag.

Already feeling a difference
I really like this. Almost done with week one and pants already feel looser. I really like the recipes too, making it very easy to follow. Can’t wait to see how I feel at the end.

Not the best tasting recipes
Nice concept but the recipes don’t taste that great. I’m not a picky eater.

Great Activity Log!
I love how simple the plan is, and how it is laid out. I appreciated that the first few chapters are short and to the point (the majority of the book is a workout/eating log and recipes). In the beginning chapters, the philosophy behind the program is explained in depth, and there is a great description of the workout and eating plans. Although it is thorough, it doesn't overwhelm you, and I read the whole thing during one of my son's naptimes. The workouts are short and effective. I am a mom of a 2 year old, so this program works great for me. I LOVE the recipes-they are so tasty, and I always feel satisfied. I feel like I get all food groups, and appreciate that there isn't a focus on eliminating an entire category of foods (ie eating no fats or no carbs)--you get to eat it all, which to me, is a much more sustainable, healthy way of eating. The only reason I didn't give the program 5 stars is because of the meal plan. As I said above, the recipes are delicious, however, the meal plan is a little too loose. There are many recipe options for each mealtime and snacktime, however, it's kind of left up you how many snacks you eat and what a good menu for the day would be. There are no guides to help you choose to stay within a certain calorie range, or example daily menus. I think both of those things would be helpful. I have a degree in nutrition, so I was able to come up with a good menu for the week, but I feel like people who need a little more guidance would benefit from sample menus for certain calorie ranges.

Awesome plan !
It is a great guide book. I just started to use the plan yesterday, I am preparing for a 10K run. Too soon to talk about results.

Great for all fitness levels
Great to use alone or as a base to begin training to transition to a more intense workout regimen.

Basically a pamphlet
For the asking price, I was expecting an actual book with a new type of training plan. This is a thin, flimsy glorified pamphlet that offers no new information. The included ab exercises are typical core movements. Most of the pages are for charting with some recipes. So very disappointed.
