Not overly sweet
I really like this snow cone syrup because it isn't overly sweet. I like a refreshing shaved ice as much as my granddaughter but the super sweet syrups are a bit much for me. This is still sweet, just in a much more refreshing way.

Cheap and repulsive flavor
Sour and cheap taste. You MIGHT be able to finish the bottle, but you will need to be wearing your boots, gloves and goggles when you do it.
