Piece that attached wall bracket to rail was too tight and would not fully rotate into place. Then would bend out of shape without going into place.

Nice heavy construction. Directions were clear. The most difficult part was removing and reinserting the rubber spacer but with perseverance and getting the edges lined up exactly they will fit.

Easy to install, solid and sturdy, and good looking when in place. It is a little more costly than what I was looking for, but in the final analysis, worth the price.

Individually easy to install(just one four foot section) but if you are installing several sections lining them up is a challenge

The mounting hardware is very sturdy! We use it as a handrail for the door steps of our Motorhome. Strength is critical abd this more than fills the bill!

It looks very handsome, both the rail and the hardware are simple, strong, and nice match for light oak railings up the stairs. The 24" length and flexibility of wall fixture made it easy to install into studs 16" apart. Perfect for family member who needs more support as they reach the top of the stairs.

This hand rail wad easy to install and is,meeting every need. It looks great, us sturdy and receives much attention from guests.

I wavered over spending $160 on a small hand rail but am I ever glad I did. This is a well-designed, functional, and very attractive product that I do not hesitate to recommend.

if You are using this 18” handrail it needs two brackets attached to the wall to function.
