Works well
I keep inside my building, usually good at catching spiders and other bugs, but recent storms must have driven in a crowd of snakes. Works great, just place along a wall to catch most bugs and snakes.

SO GRATEFUL TO THESE GLUE TRAPS - Snake caught in attic!
It's been a snakey year, very hot and tons of rain, and because of this I've had a real problem with snakes coming into my basement. That was nothing new...but when they accessed the ceiling of my upstairs room and my attic, that was it. I'd had enough. I was having such bad anxiety and even nightmares from 'knowing' there was a snake living in my attic, which is one small thin door away from entering my main living area of my house. 2 days ago, I heard a thumping sound upstairs. 2 days after that a horrible stench coming from the attic. :( Had to call wildlife control to come and look for it, and they found a VERY large black racer on this glue trap back behind some storage totes. That's what I heard thumping around. Thanks to this trap, that snake is out of my attic, but I am airing things out. I am still freaked out...what if there are more? So I just ordered 12 more glue traps. This time I will tack it to the floor so it can't make off with it, and can more easily be removed. Before this I also caught 2 on these glue traps in my basement. Yes I know I need to take care of where they are entering to begin with...but I've been too afraid to go in there to look around! And I couldn't get anyone else to do it either...grown men, too afraid of these huge snakes to deal with it when they had easier jobs taking care of mice. :( Meanwhile, if you're having this issue, I highly recommend these glue traps and the addition of bird netting. This combination has leveled the playing field for me this year. I am a live and let live kind of girl until it comes to them wanting to take over MY LIVING SPACE!! Nope. Not acceptable in the least. These things are sometimes 7' long, and while not poisonous they can be aggressive and even chase you if cornered..and I've had that happen on a few occasions. They had to go.

Not sure it works haven’t got anything
Glue seems strong, but I haven’t gotten any critters on it. So that could be no critters, or it doesn’t really work. Lol. Jury still out

Change to Peel off?
I've been ordering these to use in the yellow corrugated traps. I hate that the peel off for the glue has changed from waxed type paper to clear plastic! The plastic is very difficult to remove and residual glue sticks to the plastic and gets all over my hands! Otherwise, these work very well for trapping snakes.

Best snake trap money can buy
We have all sizes of Black Rat, Bull, Garter, Corn and Milk snakes coming into our home via the sump in the basement. Since we do not have the room for the full box we just lay it next to the sump we have caught black rat snakes up to 5'6" long on these. If any part of there body touches the trap they are caught. I will continue to buy these as long as they are made.

Horribly cruel, these should be banned.
Other wildlife has been known to get caught in these traps. There are other more humane methods to trap and remove snakes. I get rattlesnakes in my yard every year but would never put these out risking a possum or skunk or other much needed critters for our ecosystem getting caught in it.
