I rarely leave reviews but I was having issues with my bladder due to hormonal adjustments from my birth control pills. I did a lot of research and I think I was right that taking a progestin only pill made my lining very thin causing my urination painful like a UTI symptoms but I didn't want to be in antibiotics again, especially there’s no blood in my urine, most likely it wasn’t UTI but either an irritation or inflammation so I both these and it worked like magic. I’m so glad I didn’t have to go to clinic anymore and be on antibiotics so I’ll take these religiously now for the betterment of my urinary system. Please try before going through antibiotics all the time.

Because of perimenopause I’ve been getting UTIs easily when I see my partner and am sexually active. Another one was coming on the other day and I took this as directed every (4?) hours for the first day with a ton of water and it knocked it out thank goodness! I don’t want to have to have any more antibiotics!! Also have your hormones checked if you’re getting a lot of UTIs. If you’re middle age, you’re probably in perimenopause and need estrogen.

i was recommended taking cranberry with d-mannose by a dr after a string of UTIs that led to a really painful one that persisted beyond antibiotics and made me bleed during painful urination for almost TWO months. taking these daily for a few weeks finally gave me relief. kept taking them an additional month. stopping seeing a particular individual has since stopped my UTIs completely but i keep these on hand just in case i was wrong about the source of my recurring infections. no issues since. anyway. i will definitely come back to order more to take daily if i ever find myself spending time with people ever again. i only give four stars as i cant speak to whether they work as a daily prophylactic but they definitely helped with a persistent and painful UTI when AZo and other OTC pain relievers and treatments totally failed me. wish someone had told me d-mannose was the important part of taking cranberry sooner to save me so much grief and pain!!!
