I got these D Mannose capsules almost a week into a UTI. Initially I was drinking pure organic cranberry juice, which seemed to be doing the trick until I stopped drinking it and it flared back up and moved to my kidney. Within hours of taking these capsules I felt significant relief and from that point my symptoms gradually improved and went away entirely. I did use in conjunction with AZO - and drinking tons of water. I consider these a new staple in my supplement / medicine cabinet. The capsules are on the larger size… pretty common for supplements. I chose these for the simple & organic ingredient list as well as for the potency. It was a good value in comparison to others I looked at and it exceeded my expectations.

This has really been a lifesaver for me when I can feel a UTI coming on. If anything feels off at all I reach for this and it really helps.
