La Vane 8 inch Solid Wood Tapered Furniture Legs 4-Pack with M8 Thread

Bought this to increase the height of an armchair to ease back pain from sitting too low. The 200mm wooden legs are very presentable and tone nicely with other light oak furniture in the room. Fitting is easy, unscrew the old legs and screw these in. The description is ambiguous about M8 thread and 5/16 mounting plates. Both the legs and plates are M8 which is commonly used for UK furniture (mine are from Next). The broad top is reassuringly secure and adhesive pads are provided to protect wooden floors. Excellent product.

Our 3 seater sofa was a bit too low, so I purchased two sets of the 6” legs here. They arrived quickly, were super easy to screw in, the sofa is just the right height now and it looks much smarter! These are the best quality and price I could find for this simple/modern style leg. The screws are the same size as our Ikea Vimle sofa so we didn’t need the plates provided. Very happy with them :)

Easy to fit, you need a 12mm drill bit for the sockets. They don't sit flush using the supplied sockets - which means with the protective pads they are closer to 12.5cm is height is tight The legs are sturdy but paler in colour than the image suggests.

I bought these wooden legs for my cupboard and they arrived promptly. It took me less than an hour to install them onto the bottom of my cupboard and they look very sturdy and looks elegant. I would recommend this product without a doubt.

These legs have completely transformed our sofas. We've gone from 2 inch pieces of ugly plastic to these 6 inch beauties that have now created a Scandi-chic look. Very impressed with the quality of the legs and would highly recommend

These legs are sturdy and look great but required a little innovation and creativity to put assemble. As mentioned in another review below, the screw attached to the legs is much too long for the mounting plate. We had to drill an extra hole into our chest of drawers to account for the leg screw protruding out the other side of the mounting plate. Not a big deal but not something you expect. Additionally, we ordered two packs for two dressers that sit side by side and unfortunately, 3 of the 8 legs were darker in tone so had to make sure to attach these to the back of the dressers so you wouldn't see them.

Excellent so good I will soon buy another set . Colour is neutral and the pads to put on the feet are really useful as I have just had a new floor laid . Glad base I bought was damaged as it led me to just buy these legs for my bed . Not as expensive as I had expected . Perfect height at 8” .
