I would have gave it four stars but I'm not going to be rude because it has some Engraving on it that says LB-Z7, and I own a Z6. But the L-bracket fits pretty good this is the first L bracket I ever used but the only reason I got it was since there is no battery grip I have large hands and on the Z6 my pinky finger hangs over. Now since I mounted the bracket my hand fits good and there is even a little gap for your pinky finger to wrap around to give you more leverage. At first that Gap felt like a hot spot that kind of hurt my pinky finger when I first mounted it. I was going to send it back but after using it for about 10 minutes I didn't even notice it anymore. Furst ofd it does not interfere with the ftz adapter. You can take the adapter on and off without it hitting the L bracket. It mounts to the camera solid and it's nice that it has Swiss ARCA mount on each side of the L bracket. You can still access the side covers for the microphone and HDMI and all those ports fairly easy but not as easy as it not being on there. Sell for thirty bucks it serves its purpose it looks just like all the hundred dollar ones so it's staying on until they come out with a battery pack grip for it. I'd recommend it.

Good: Product fits well, excellent price.Not so Good: L bracket is quite heavy compared to other L brackets. Corner where the two pieces come together is not rounded, and is not comfortable to hold. The bottom and the side mount size are just a little different, so I have to open the tripod receiver up farther for one than the other. I have been using for two months, and some paint is coming off the tripod mount.Annoying: Hole that screw goes through to hold to camera was threaded. This hole needs to be open and non-threaded, because if threaded it will never tighten down correctly. I used a drill bit and removed the threads, and now it works perfectly.

This paired awesomely with my Z6. Already tested in the field and it does what I need. One problem I had with my delivery was that the wrong screw size was included for the vertical attachment. A trip to home Depot corrected that but was kind of an inconvenient thing. I'll still give five stars because that's the price I'm willing to pay for such a value - low price, high quality. Cheers.

Very nice bracket. The only thing that I don’t like is the gap in the area of the battery compartment, it’s uncomfortable on the pinky.
