So handy to have around. I should have bought crimpers forever ago. This set works well. The fit and finish of the crimpers is great. Crimps are precise, secure and look nice. The quality and assortment of ferrules is really nice. I've been using it a ton without issues.

Never bought ferrules or a crimping tool before. I expected the tool to be a cheap gimmicky add-on but it was of surprisingly high quality. My young boys found it very easy to use.

The crimping tool is well suited for the DIYer.I have included pictures of the packaging with pertinent information and contact information.The price for the tool and 1800 wire ferrules makes this a great buy.This review is about the tool but since the product included 1800 wire ferrules that made this a good buy, for me, it should be mentioned the ferrules seem to be thin gauge metal.Testing the tool without wire is not a suitable testing method other than determining if the device works as intended.I’m waiting for an order of other ferrules and wire for my project and will update the review if necessary.

Seriously, I've been stuffing wires in little holes for years and clamping down the screws until they were ready to break. Several times they did in fact which recently lead me to finding this little gem of a wire container. After stripping out a clamp screw on a solar charge controller I knew I had to figure out something. Thanks to google and youtube for the answer. The Ferrule Connector.The kit has everything you need to ferrule crimp every wire you own for the rest of your life. There are a gazillion little ferrule thingies in this kit. If you have small wires you need to add strength to this is the ticket. The crimper part is cool too. It put a trippy pattern on the ferrule end that allows your screwy clamp things to really grip onto it. I've already gone back and added in ferrules to previously connected stuff just because this thing is so cool.If you need to clamp wire ends to stuff like sockets, plugs controller switches or anything that has a pressure clamp, get this kit and save yourself some frustration and possibly trouble, cuz loose connections are what Mr. Sparky looks for to jump out and let you know you messed up. Keep Mr. Sparky in the wires. Get the kit and save yourself a fire.

The crimper itself had some weight to it and the action is good. I went to my electric workstation on my bench and pulled 6” lengths of wire ranging from 22ga through 12ga. Using the supplied ferrules, I made up some test crimps. Every single one crimped perfectly and held fast when I tried pulling the ferrule off. I’m actually pretty impressed with this tool/ferrule combo. Would definitely recommend!

This is the first time I've used ferrules, and this kit was an excellent introduction. The crimper is well made and easy to use. Wire fits easily into the ferrules and crimping is a breeze. I feel like I got a good value for my money. My only complaint would be that it comes with too many small ferrules and not enough larger ones, but that is true for most variety kits I have seen!
