Crocodile Isle - Huge 22x14 Inflatable Water Park - Dual Curved Slides - Splash Area - Climbing Wall - Blower

I don't write reviews often but this slide definitely deserves one. The cost can be hard to swallow at first but it is worth every single penny! This is our 6th season with this slide. My children love it and have grown up using it. They were very happy and squealed with delight when we got it out for the first time this season. This slide provides HOURS of fun and is a great summertime activity. This slide is very sturdy, strong, and of great quality. It will last a long time if you take great care of it. Something to note: if the slide gets put away without being fully dry, it will grow mildew on it. Soap and water take care of the issue though. Also, due to the permeable nature of the material, water gets into the inner baffolds after a lot of use. When done using the slide, you have to keep the slide inflated, the outlet tube untied, and tilt the entire slide so that water runs out of the outlet tube. If water still remains in the baffolds near the outlet tube, use one of those long water blasters that require the handle to be pulled all the way back to suction in the water. You can then squirt the water onto the ground and continue to suction water out of the outlet tube until most of it is gone. Once most of the water is gone, leave the blower on for an additional hour, with outlet tube still open, to help dry out the internal baffolds. Once that is done, fold and put the slide away. Setup for the slide is very easy and quick. However, putting the slide away takes about two hours because of water removal and drying out. Even with the additional time to put the slide away, it is worth every penny and all the giggles and fun!

They'd sell more if they called it "Yardzilla". Anyway, that's what we call it, as "Crocodile Isle" doesn't quite roll off the tongue or get us excited about our backyard water park. So, after one day of use for a little over an hour: First, the "bad" if you want to call it that. Cons. Let's go with cons: *Takes a while to fill with water. With the water hose in the pool on full blast, it took about an hour. Forget trying to fill it with the little sprayer things. *Water WILL get inside of it. It's impossible to keep water out of something that is designed to let air out as well. *Needs a 'drain' so you can direct the water vs. emptying it where it is... I think I have a solution for it (fish tank drain kit might help divert some water... I hope.) ****EDIT**** It is a pain in the behind to get the water out to store properly. I usually empty it out, let it sit to dry some, flip it over, let it sit over night, flip it back over the next morning, air it back up, let it sit for another hour or two(so the rest of the water inside can dry out, etc) and then deflate it and pack it up. *The bag it comes with - ***EDIT**** -> The bag is not useless. I've put this thing away twice and got it in the bag both times, just by folding, rolling, and smashing the air out - without help from another person. Now, the good / great / etc: *Yardzilla is big. What you see in the picture is what you get. Unlike some other brand's altered pics, this is the real deal. *It goes up easily. Unpack. Unroll connect blower, turn on blower. It's up in about 2 minutes, maybe less, after turning the air on. *There's room for about a dozen kids in the pool (which is just under 2 feet deep). *Fun... I bought this for my 2 boys (ages 5 and 3). They constantly did the "watch this" for the hour and a half or so before dinner. We're having a friendly get together this weekend and we'll be having a bday party in about 8 weeks. I'll repost about durability after that. TBD: Durability As of this writing, I'd recommend it and I'd buy it again, especially if it lasts a couple summers with no major problems. EDIT -> Week 2: Had 10 kids in it for about four hours for our first Yardzilla Weekend. We made some new friends. One parent saw it and bought it on Amazon within 15 minutes of watching the kids go nuts. About 3 kids started crying when it was time to leave. None of them wanted to leave. I've bumped the rating up to 5 stars. This thing is a rock star if it doesn't fall apart. Next up is the birthday party... EDIT2 -> Year later: If you're thinking about getting it, get it. It held up last year, and we've used it again this year, with even more kids (all a year older than last year). This thing wears kids out. I set it up at 10a or so, and by 1p, everyone is ready for a nap. It's still awesome.

This is awesome! Easy setup, high-quality construction, and my kids will be exhausted from all the fun today (mom win!)! It was easy to set up, and while it did take a bit to fill the pool, it's not longer than any other toy of similar size. We purchased this because we were going to rent an inflatable slide, but found this instead. At $300 for renting an inflatable, this seemed like a good deal - my kids will get much more than 2 uses out of this! So far, the product has been easy to use- we unpacked it, blew it up, and the kids played for hours. At one point, we had 5 kids on it - ranging in age from 2 to 10, and even with that many kids on it, it was sturdy - not a lot of movement when gong up the center, sliding, etc. It is heavy when you take it down, and I haven't yet tried to pack it back up, but I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase so far.

We love this water slide! It is made well and seems like it is going to hold up very well. My two girls and their cousins have played on it about 7 or 8 times and there is no sign of wear and tear on it. I have a 3 year old and a seven year old and they both love it! It is quite large and takes two people to get out. Once out on the lawn though one person can unroll it and set it up. It takes about 20 min. for me to do it myself. I am 35 and not terribly strong and I don't have any problems doing it. It is well worth the price! The pool part is really nice because it gets a good amount of water in it and is fun to play in and they don't have to get out to get to the ladder so grass doesn't get in the water. I fill up the pool before hooking up the spray on the slides because the bottom doesn't fill up if you don't. Over all great purchase and product! I recommend this slide!

This is a fun, sturdy product! We've had it for almost a month now and it seems very well made. It did fade some being out in the sun a lot, but that's no big deal. My only complaint, which isn't really anything against the product or company, is that it's a pain the rear to get it dried out and put away. I keep trying to leave it up to dry out once we've emptied the water, but it rains too often this summer! I now see why other reviews say they used a shop vac to suck out the excess water. We need to buy one. Also, I thought other reviews said it comes with a case. Mine did not, just has straps to tie around it. It really needs protection to keep bugs and dirt out of it. I ordered an outdoor storage bench to keep it in. That hasn't arrived yet, so we'll see how it goes. Another factor to consider is that this thing is HEAVY! I'm pregnant and can't lift it alone when it's rolled up. It's like 80 pounds! (Which is because it's sturdy...haha.) Overall, great product and I'm very happy with it. So are the kids! Before you order it plan for storage and a way to get it dried out if you live somewhere with frequent rain.

I had saved this inflatable on my Amazon list for at least a year. I would read the reviews and watch the fun videos and stare at the pictures and imagine how much fun my kids would have on this. The price tag and the sheer size of the inflatable always made me nervous. This summer I finally clicked BUY....and it was WORTH it! This inflatable arrived in a few days, neatly packed in a large box. It took only a few minutes to fully inflate and the kids spent HOURS playing on it every day for a week. This thing is a kid magnet. We had the entire neighborhood at our house playing on it at various times. My only regret was not buying this sooner. Pricing wise, it was cheaper (about $50) in the spring than in the summer. Pros: KIDS will love it. My 2 yr old wore himself out climbing and sliding. In my opinion, the best ages for this are 2-10. 10+ could be pushing the limits of the slide. We had an 11 yr old fall off the slide this year, but she was playing rough. Easy to setup - spread it out, attached ground stakes, plug in blower (regular 110 outlet), turn on water to waterfall. Comes with large carrying bag; although this thing is heavy and very bulky. Cons: Definitely a chore to clean up/take down. We usually leave it up for 2-3 days and then drain it, re-inflate it to dry out in the sun and then eventually roll it back into the large bag it comes with. Mold/Mildew - you really have to let it air dry. Water will get behind the stitching, so there will be mold regardless. We apply mildew/mold cleaner as part of the take down process.

This thing is super awesome and our kids love it. There are already some great reviews on how big and well built this thing is. So I will just cover a few things I want to share. This thing is huge and heavy. I am a 6 foot 270lb guy. It's heavy! Have help if you have trouble with anything over 50 lbs. this is a Good 70. Cleaning, drying, folding and storage is a bit tedious but is worth it for the joy the kids have on it. I would recommend a large tarp to put under this. Your yard will thank you. Also have a tiny kiddie pool the kids walk in before getting back into the slide/pool area. It keeps the grass clipping out. Make sure the slide is completely dry. I put it away damp and have some mildew stains now. I just hit it with mean green and learned my lesson. Never leave it out over night. Your grass will thank you. I am disappointed in the sprayers. They spray well beyond the slide and out into the yard. I have to turn the water down very low to keep all the water running down the slide. It take a long time to fill the pool, but the water can stay on for a long time with out over flowing pool area and wasting. Once I put it up and took down a few times this summer, it was definitely worth it and I found a few thing that helped save my grass and keep the slide somewhat clean.

This product is awesome! We spent a lot of time choosing between different slides and have been very happy with this choice. We selected it for a few reasons: 1 - The stairs and the slides face the same direction. This allows adults to monitor all activity from one location, particularly helpful since we have kids as young as 18 months using it. We actually get to just sit and watch! 2 - It can accomodate a ton of kids at once. We've had as many as a dozen actively using it at the same time. The pool at the bottom is large enough for kids to splash around a play water guns, dual slides allows for racing and just more activity space. 3 - Kids of all ages love it. Right now we regularly have kids from 18 months to 9 years old, all love it equally. It is slightly shorter than the ones that are just a huge straight slide and we did debate that since our oldest is already 6. But it's taller than a lot of the other options out there and seems like a good balance. The other features tipped the scale to this model and we're glad it did. 4 - It doesn't have the extra "junk". No "dry" space which you know would just end up wet. No basketball hoop which I imagine getting pulled on and ripping the slide. Etc. Just what you see is what you get and it's plenty for the kids. The product is very easy to set up and take down. The caveat is that it's heavy. I always ask my husband just to move it to the spot in the backyard, from there I can do it all myself. Then I pack it up and have him take it back to the garage. In a pinch I could do all that myself using a large rubbermaid tub and a dolly, but if he's available it is easier to ask him! We usually get it out when we know we have a few days in a row to use it, after about 3 days we put it away for a couple weeks so it doesn't lose it's "specialness". The only thing I wish that it had is a drain for the pool when you're done. I have to step on the side to get all the water out. That takes about 15 minutes standing there and then you still need towels to truly get it dry. This is minor though in the scheme of things.
