One of our coaches bought a set for our 11U team and they worked so well that I purchased a set for home. The weight allows batters to develop hand/wrist strength to avoid rolling over. When hit, the balls do not travel far, which is really good for indoor/gym use and outside in a front or backyard where space is limited (as compared to a park or diamond).

Its not flexible rubber. While hitting it change the shape . Waste of money

Would you like to improve your swing or your swing power? This product is one of the best options on Amazon. Price, value, and quality are there. No joke Just be aware that you may have a ball pump at home. They need some air inside for a better performance.
