Life Extension is my go-to brand for supplements, and I’m happy I can purchase it on Amazon. The shipping is quick and convenient, and it arrives right at my door. The pricing often matches the sales on their website, and they usually have good deals. My holistic doctor recommended that I take K2 with vitamin D, which I also get from Life Extension. I definitely notice a difference when I’m taking it, and my mood seems to perk up as well. Excellent company and excellent product.

Local stores are not selling plain vitamin K. They are only selling combo Vitamin K3 + Vitamin D2. Vitamin D is produced by our skin if we go outdoors at all. Vitamin K is found in green leafy vegetables. Type MK7 works in the liver & bone marrow. Type MK1 works in the brain. Most Vitamin K supplements are only type MK7. They are small, easy to swallow, no side effects, no stomach upset, & a decent price. The quality appears to be good.

Excellent supplement for your teeth. Small convenient gel caps that go down VERY easy. Stocked up during Prime Day and got at almost half off so I dont need to order till next year!

It's a supplement, I have to assume it is helping get calcium into my bones. I have osteopenia, my last bone scan showed that I am the same, osteopenia, but it was noted that my lumbar spine appear to have a higher density than my scan 2 years earlier!! I also take 5000 Vit D and Citrical. I heard that they may allow hormone therapy again, I will check into that as osteoporosis isn't something I plan to deal with. The bad: I ordered this last in January 2025, ordered enough to get through the summer heat because reviews stated they melt into a clump during shipping. I paid just under $14 a bottle, they have OVER DOUBLED the price!!! Super unhappy with the high price of Super K.

I bought this several times. I take several supplements so I can't tell if this one works better than the others or if it makes a difference. I do know when I don't take all of my supplements for a few days I can tell the difference.

I highly recommend this. Now, clinically I cannot say if it's working or if it is everything they claim. However, Vk2 MK7 is clinically shown to assist with calcium processes. Search AI for the study showing how they cleared arteries with it.

Fast postage and good value. These don’t seem to be readily available in Australia, so it’s great that Amazon sell them. After taking anti inflammatories for years and now bruise like a peach, I am trying these to see if it makes a difference. Too early to say yet.
