Q: My resolution is very poor since i upgraded to windows 10 which doesn't make sense. very grainy. any suggestions? i do have it on the highest setting.

My is working fine. I do have WIN 10 as well and also upgraded from the last 2 WIN OS. Try the resolution or upgrade the driver

Q: Can I use this camera with Samsung smart tv skype app?

my guess is yes, it is just a cam and mic that i like a lot, but i use mine with my desktop which has skype.

I use the VX-5000 and i have windows 8 and it seems to be working fine. i don,t do a lot with it , just hook it up and run it but i haven't noticed any issues with it,
