can this be used with azelaic acid?

Not at the same time...use Azalaic at night and vit C by day Funny thing is that Retinol and Azalaic acid can be used together

Is this water soluble or oil soluble?

If you look at the ingredients, they’re all water soluble. Ascorbic acid is water soluble so you’ll generally see it in water based serums. Only oil soluble C derivatives like tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate will be in a lipid based serum.

Will using this help my rocesea?

Great question! I also have rosacea (mine is mild) but I haven’t noticed a difference. I can say it hasn’t made my rosacea worse, however. To give you more insight on this serum I can tell you that this formula is a bit on the thicker side (more nourishing than others) and isn’t as drying which I need to help clear my particular acne. Some brands are better for certain acne than others, so personally I’m going to be switching to another brand. But I’ve found no difference between brands in regards to rosacea. But again, my rosacea is mild. Hope this is somewhat helpful to you!
