Poison Ivy Soap, Oak Wash Bar, Natural Itch Relief, 2.9 oz

This has saved my summer! I’m on my third bar. I hike, fish and walk in the woods every summer as often as possible. My dog goes with me too. Ohio is extra when it comes to poison ivy. The entire forest floor is a carpet of it, so even walking on trails you will invariably have some brush your legs. I always shower immediately after coming home but I’m highly allergic to poison ivy so washing immediately only helped slightly. This soap though? Life saver. If I use it as soon as I know I’ve been in contact, it keeps it from getting bad and if I use it religiously, I don’t get the rash at all or if I do it’s fairly mild and I know that only happens because I sick at being consistent with it. Well worth every penny!

Ok so about a week ago or a little bit more then a week ago apparently I came in contact with poison ivy and let me tell you my arm looked like I was severely brutalised by couple of leaves I got this soap (poison ivy soap) delivered to my house in Monday afternoon and my arm loooks wayyyy better and doesn’t itch as bad anymore so this really helped me out a bunch aside my arm it also literally diminished irritation on my thigh because I wasn’t thinking when I put on a same dress I got poison ivy’s contact with and didn’t wash it because it didn’t look dirty so It didn’t cross my mind to wash it . Anyway if I ever get in contact with poison ivy this will be my first choice as long as Amazon continues to carry it!!!!! Awesome stuff thank you saved my life.

It does what it says and dried up my poison sumac in a few days without it spreading. I also use this after I come in from yard work where I may have come in contact with poison plants

For minor poison which ever plant rash if it’s a minor not weeping much rash follow the instructions and follow with their lotion works fast. It you have a deep rash there’s two ways to make a difference. A) method is first make a baking soda paste with water and slather it on the rash and let it dry. Then follow the instructions but keep lathering and waiting till the seeping stops or slows to barely seeping then follow up with their lotion works fast. B) keep lathering and letting it dry and keep repeating until seepage has stopped, then apply lotion. It’s imperative to dry out the rash and stop the seepage, then the lotion can help but the rash can’t be weeping. I found the baking soda paste helps a lot but not enough on it’s own. It does however work really good with the soap and lotion.

I’m highly allergic to poison ivy & poison oak. Nothing else would ever work, and I’d be stuck itchy and trying all kinds of products. The poison would spread quickly and I’ve gone as far as trying bleach & alcohol and even had to get a cortisone shot once. Look no further, Stop here! Buy one, buy two! This really helps if you have poison ivy ,it helps to dry up the rash ,also helps to soothe the itching , I all ways get it very bad when I get it ,nothing seems to help me but this product is a game changer for me ,definitely will be my go to

I had a HUGE rash on my arm that was pretty bad, and after exfoliating and applying this soap bar, I could tell the swelling went down and it wasn't burning and itching as much. I'm not sure how, but I keep getting these little red bumps everywhere that want to turn into another rash spot. And for some reason, the soap isn't working as well after trying to deal with more rashes that recently popped up. The issue is that if you have a rash in a place where your clothes will rub up against, it'll remove the soap application and continue to burn and itch. You're supposed to lather the soap on the area of rash and let it dry on the skin, but depending on location of rash, like if it's on your arm, it easily wipes off onto things you contact (sitting on the couch with your arm on the armrest, for example). At first it seemed to be a miracle, but at second and third that miracle seemed to fizzle. I'm still furiously itchy.

This is the only product I’ve found that works for me to relieve poison ivy quickly.
