Purchased 2 of these for our master bathroom and they look great. Could not find these at local home store. Great item for the price, not issues with any leaks, great for rinsing and cleaning the sink.

I bought this faucet for the pullout sprayer feature. It was installed on the utility tub shown in the photograph which was two hole compact model. So I purchased the matching black plate to cover the existing two openings and made a new 1 3/8" opening with a hole saw centered. Everything fits perfectly so now my gardening wife has a utility sink for clean up. The faucet seems sturdy enough for our purposes.

Installation was mostly ok but we have a very tight under-sink space which led to some trouble fitting the threaded collar into place. The water connections are too wide for the collar to just slide over them; It needs to be twisted and fiddled around. We had to manipulate it into place by feel which was not ideal.We like the functionality and the look of this unit. It's a great upgrade over our prior faucet. We selected this model to allow hands-free face washing in the sink. If the faucet is just turned straight up the water runs back along the top, out of the sink and makes a mess. As long as the faucet is extended so it hangs down a bit the water goes forward into the sink and that works for us.The water output was a bit higher than we liked, but we just swapped in the aerator from our previous faucet and that worked great.Our biggest complaint is that this faucet imparts a funny flavor to our water. It's an acrid chemical taste sort of like how a dentist's office smells. We're hoping this will abate with use but we're hesitant to drink it until it does.

the pull out sprayer makes cleaning SO easy. it's great. the water pressure in my condo building is crazy high so it does spray out powerfully. i bought this over a year ago and it still works perfectly. great buy!

This is a great faucet. Install was a breeze and the pressure is sufficient.The bonus with the pull out faucet is definitely a plus. Great to wash hair or clean the faucet easily.No water spots or rust on the black matteEasy to clean.

How look, so cool turn off slowly

Good looking faucet but after a few weeks of using it, the plastic taste in the water is not going away. I think it's the plastic water supply line in the pull out hose that is causing the bad taste and smell. Usually, things made of plastic that smell goes away but not this one!I'm past the return window so I'll have to take a loss.DO NOT BUY!!! I'm sure it's leaching in toxic chemicals in the water!AND there is reduced water pressure. We replaced it with a Delta pull out faucet and the water pressure is very good...like before AND there is no bad taste.For those of you who say that Delta is made in China too, obviously, Delta has much higher standards for consumer safety than Kaiying!!I won't even donate this faucet because of the toxic chemicals it's leaking into the water.I know I'm only one consumer but, I need to let people know about this faucet.
