This Bidet is great, like truly - it's been life changing to have a bidet and this was my first one. After a few years here are my thoughts: 0. Easy to install! Works great! Great control of water pressure! 1. I had to buy bumpers to put on my seat to make it high enough for the bidet. After a while they come off or move around - they are sticky - so it's a whole thing. 2. The nozzle cleaner and nozzle sit a bit low in the toilet. The nozzle is self cleaning but needs extra cleaning like with a Clorox wipe or your cleaner of choice 3. I had a stomach virus with some vomiting - it's not vomit friendly. 4. This bidet is for bottoms - I got another for my lady bits. Overall - the bidet has changed the game! If this one is in your budget its worth it. After a few years, I ended up ordering another bidet with a hidden nozzle and its own toilet seat, I like it a lot more.

The LUXE Bidet NEO 185 has been an excellent addition to our bathroom. Installation was simple, the build quality feels solid, and the dual‑nozzle setup works exactly as advertised. The water pressure is easy to control, and the self‑cleaning feature gives extra peace of mind. It’s surprisingly comfortable to use, and the whole family loves it. For the price, the performance is outstanding. If you’re considering a bidet attachment, this one is absolutely worth it.

Just tried it when I was checking that it was aimed correctly. It was but I didn’t think that it would shoot out of the bowl unless there was something to keep it contained, like my butt on the seat. Works very well. I had to order the bumpers due to the seat sloping downward, other than that it was a breeze to install.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to need help installing, but I did it myself with no plumbing experience. It came with everything needed to install, and instructions were very clear, easy to understand and follow. Easy to clean, and still easy to clean the toilet itself. The only downside is I have a small space between the toilet and the and sink cabinet so it’s a tight space. But that’s unavoidable - just be mindful of how much room the bidet arm will need on the right side of the toilet. Super easy to use, knobs are easy to turn - just make sure you’ve turned the aim knob when you’re cleaning otherwise you’ll get an eye (or mouth) full lol .Also make sure you know which position the knob is in before you turn the water. We got the one with the feminine wash - it makes a difference. Going on three months since it was installed, no leaks and no loosening issues. I made sure to tighten everything correctly and the bidet hasn’t moved, slipped at all. The only thing I had to tighten was the toilet seat but I had to do that once in a while even before installing the bidet. Would definitely buy again, great product for a great value.

I’m extremely happy with this bidet. My first one. I’ve seen some low ratings about “weak or too high pressure,” but those really come from people who didn’t adjust their water supply valve. The bidet works exactly as intended — you just have to open or close the valve more. It’s not a product issue; it’s a setup issue, and it takes only a few seconds to fix. I also really recommend reading the full instruction booklet that comes in the box, not just the quick-start guide you get from scanning the QR code. The full manual explains installation, pressure adjustment, nozzle cleaning, and the different spray modes much more clearly. A lot of confusion comes from people only reading the short version. I actually had to take the seat apart and redo it using the full instructions — with a horribly bad back — and I had to do that part twice because the short guide wasn’t clear enough. As for how it looks once installed: this is what it will look like on most real toilets. Amazon’s photos use a toilet shape and camera angle that hide the hinge area and the attachment plate, but that’s not how it looks in everyday bathrooms. On normal toilets, you will see the seat hinges, the mounting area, and a slight lift from the attachment — that’s completely normal and not a defect. Functionally, it works extremely well. The spray is accurate, the pressure is adjustable, and the self-cleaning feature is a nice bonus. I’m very glad I bought it, especially because I have difficulty reaching, and this makes everything much easier, cleaner, and more comfortable. It’s honestly a huge improvement in daily life. Overall, this is a great product if you install it correctly, read the full instructions, and understand that real bathrooms don’t look like staged studio photos. I would absolutely recommend it.

I have been wanting to have a bidet in my home for quite a long time, as I've lived overseas where it is more common for such things to be in homes and really do prefer that "approach" to the clean up phase of this part of my daily life. I had always thought that this was only possible through the installation of a separate appliance in the bathroom, or at least replacing the existing toilet with one that has that functionality built in. Both prospects were essentially non-starters for me. On a whim one day, I wanted to see what a bidet would cost in the possibility that this fantasy would come true someday so I searched Amazon for bidets. Amazon seems to sell everything, so why not? Little did I know that handy little things like this particular device actually exist. It was a no brainer for the cost, and so I politely asked Amazon to send one my way. The installation was simple once I got past a particular hurdle that I had. I mention it here not as a slight on the product but because you too may have to consider this. In my bathroom, the toilet was installed with non-flexible rigid metal pipes connecting the toilet to the water supply. This essentially meant that I had to throw that out and replace what was there with another hose which I had to buy in addition to the bidet attachment itself because there was no way the pipe would work once the T adapter was screwed into place. Once I had this in hand, the rest was simple. I detached the existing water supply pipe after turning off the water, screwed in the plastic T valve, attached the included hose to one end of the T and to the business end of the bidet, then screwed in the newly purchased flexible hose from the other part of the T to the water supply lead on my wall. And aside from screwing the bidet down onto the toilet itself, that's all there is to it. Very simple, and only minimal effort is involved. What I like about using this is that I hardly use toilet paper anymore AND I feel much cleaner than I did before. Sure, not as clean as using soap in the shower but much better than just using paper before. I just use one little bit to dry up afterwards, and I'm on my way. I chose this particular model because I liked the thought of there being a separate nozzle for the feminine users of my bathroom, and I figured I may as well get that one. And I'm actually glad that I did, as it has proved a value to me as well. To explain: I find that my water pressure on the first floor master bathroom can be quite strong. Because of which, even on the very weakest setting of the "normal" nozzle it felt a wee too powerful. I found that if I use the 2nd nozzle and angle myself forward just a bit that it's nice and gentle and doesn't feel like I'm being sandblasted. I imagine I can probably tone this down a bit on the water supply crank down at the wall, but this is a nice alternative to that. This again isn't a negative against this product, just an observation and a workaround I needed to do. So, the bottom line is that I personally love having and using this thing. I fully intend to not ever own a toilet in the future without one of these little babies attached. I have since my first purchase acquired a 2nd one for my upstairs bathroom too and will see shortly whether or not the water pressure is any lower up there. A couple of things to be careful of: 1. You may need to purchase a flexible hose if your existing one is a rigid metal pipe. Check before you unscrew everything! :) 2. The water pressure at your particular location may be strong...and you may need to adjust it or your angle to the nozzles to be nice and comfy. I highly recommend the Luxe Bidet Neo 185...it has served me quite well.

I’ll just say it plainly: this thing is fantastic. 😄 After installing this bidet attachment, regular toilet paper suddenly feels like outdated caveman technology. The water pressure adjustment works really well, and being able to fine-tune it makes a huge difference compared to cheaper units that basically operate in either “nothing happened” or “pressure washer stripping paint off a driveway” mode. The dual nozzle setup is also nice, and the self-cleaning feature helps the whole thing feel much more sanitary over time. One thing I especially appreciated is that installation was honestly much easier than expected. If you can handle basic tools and follow instructions, this is very manageable for most people. It also paired perfectly with our toilet seat and did not create weird fitment issues during installation. The rose gold accents were another surprisingly nice touch because they actually made the bathroom setup look more premium instead of like medical equipment bolted onto the toilet. Most importantly: A+ cleanliness upgrade. The butt has genuinely never felt cleaner. 😄 Overall, this ended up being one of those purchases where after using it for a while you start wondering why bidets are not way more common everywhere.

4 years in and it's still doing a great job. I ordered the one with the lever. A few years later and it looks like the options and price have changed somewhat. Would still buy again 100%

I have bought this Luxe bidet Neo 185 Elite and it's superb. Everyone like using it and I had some guests since then and they all like it and were impressed how practical it is to have it. Very easy to use and fitted under toilet seat as it wasn't there. Saying all that the fitting wasn't straight forward. As this bidet was ment for US standards it didn't fit, due to size differences between UK and US. So i had to visit a local plumber shop and buy some adapters and a extension pipe to make it fit. Once I got all the right fittings then installation was straight forward with the guide of their video and instructions included with packaging. I have contacted their CS and send them an copy of invoice for the extra fittings that I bought and guess what, they immediately refunded me in full for the extra fittings. Absolutely amazing customer service 👏. And to top it up, I did register the product via their website to extend the warranty to 2 year's and as a thank you i received free 2 WHIFT toilet scents 60ml each. I am so happy i invested on this product and not on those cheaper ones because I got a lot more than expected and the quality of product is top notch 👌 I would recommend this product to anyone. Very happy customer 😀 🚽
