Easy peasy to set up with 1 person!
Love this canopy - beautiful color and pretty easy to set up with 1 person, and I just had my hip replaced 7 weeks before. It will be easier when it loosens up a bit (the canopy and the hip!) Had this baby in a monsoon storm with 60 mph wind gusts a few days ago (thought it was gonna pass us by). My first outdoor show! I had a table set up underneath it and a nice lady got under the canopy to twist it for me but I hadn't gotten my table out of the way first so the canopy was sitting on my table with the legs down all the way and I couldn't move either. I had to stand there and hold the canopy down and I felt myself being lifted off the ground! I was drenched and scared, but my canopy is perfect! No rips, tears or twisted legs! But me, Ill probably need therapy before the next show lolol! I had round anchor weights around the legs but I probably should have used the ones that came with it that you fill with sand or water. I didnt think I could handle that kind of weight and it really wouldn't have held it either. The guy next to me had a 10" canopy and his was destroyed - couldn't even get it in his truck it was so mangled. He had heftier weights than me and gave me one to help hold one leg down. The only comment I have is I wish this canopy was a little higher, maybe 6" or so. I had it outside in my yard and used the ropes and pegs the first time I set it up and we had 25mph winds that day and it never moved. Very good quality and pretty easy to pack up, if youre not in hurricane force winds!

Ideal for summer shade on your deck, super-easy set-up.
We like to have a shade canopy over our deck dining table and our previous one finally ripped and failed. It was horrible to put up each year—took 2 people and lots of struggles. This summer we gave up and I researched options. This canopy is a dream. Super easy set up. You still need 2 people but one person’s job is just to hold one diagonal corner steady while the other person pulls its opposite corner to unfold the scissors/accordion hinges out to form the full open footprint. Then extend the legs (multiple hole options for the pop-out button to seat properly), and tie down. The packaging is super helpful and the instructions are actually laminated right on the outside so you never will lose the instructions. They also have the url for the replacement parts list, super easy to download and save. Note: we already had four permanent anchors placed on the deck (see photo) to look the end of the ties. You will need to purchase these/secure them before setting up the canopy if you’re setting them up on a deck (just toss the wire anchors provided). Another note: the product description clearly says this is a lightweight canopy intended for temporary use such as a beach party. Lightweight means it’s easy to put up but also that winds will put a strain on the rope ties. By the end of the summer I noticed fraying on one rope. Then we had a windstorm over Labor Day Weekend and it and another rope snapped altogether and the canopy blew off the deck. I totally had failed to heed the weather and it was entirely logical it would “sail” away. I contacted the company over that weekend, requesting replacement ties, fully expecting to pay (since the product might not have been covered for wind damage). Not only did the ties arrive the next day, but at no charge. Great customer service. At this price, if I have to buy one every other year because I forgot to watch for severe windstorms, I wouldn’t complain a bit!

easy to put up
Came back to order another one.... after 5 years! Figured I'd leave a review. Bought in summer of 2021 for camping and travel baseball. Has lasted 5 years of keeping us shaded and dry. Easy for me to put up alone. Just now starting to thin due to the heat/sun/pounding rain and slightly leaking now. Shocked at how durable it was and how long it held up for the price.

Good tent for events
I participate in two farmers' markets in the area, and both require vendors to have a tent. Since I work solo, I needed a tent that I could put up and pull down easily on my own. This Eagle Peak tent fills that bill. It worked perfectly the first week, but after a month of use, the assembly may have gotten slightly bent. I can still put it up by myself, but it is more of a challenge. However, the tent looks nice when it's up, it provides ample shade and has been protective when there are sprinkles (I haven't had to tough out a real rainstorm yet!) The wheels on the bottom of the carrying case are great as well. It makes transporting the tent very easy, and the wheels roll over pavement and grass. The tent frame is light enough to be lifted out of a hatchback without straining. This has worked well for my purposes, and would be fine for use at events, on the beach, etc. The only minus in my opinion is durability, but other than that, it is a nice little tent.

Great product.
If I could give this 10 stars, I would. SO EASY TO PUT UP!! It really is one click. It was also easy to take down - it was a breeze. It's also not incredibly heavy. Would it stand up to serious weather? Probably not. But I only want it for shade. It's perfect.

Love my canopy - and GREAT customer service!
I had a small problem with the cover not having all the velcro attached when I got it set up. I contacted the company just hoping they could send me the pieces I needed and I would have them sewn on but they sent me a whole new top. What was even more awesome was that I mentioned I had wanted to get a blue one but they were out of that at the time I ordered so the replacement one is blue! I've only put it up a couple times so far but it is not difficult at all for me to put it up by myself. I'm taking it with me on a trip next week so I'll be using it a lot more then. I did purchase longer and heavier stakes. I love the way this thing is built and how easy it is to put up. The carrying case was missing in my package also and the instructions are on a label sewn onto the case so I had to put it up without them the first time. Having watched a video beforehand though I didn't even need them. I really can't say enough good things about this product... and the company's customer service! Update: I took my trip but the weather was uncooperative and I didn't use it as much as I was hoping. I did have it set up for two days of rain in Wyoming and although I had a river running through my campsite I never had any leaking roof or any other problems with the canopy. I also had purchased a slant wall tent from Dick's sporting goods that attaches to most slant leg 10x10 canopies and that worked great with this canopy. Two years in a row I've had terrible weather on my fall trip out west. At least I missed the 40 inches of snow they had out there a couple weeks later!

Hit the jackpot with this one - it’s great!
I needed something that would protect me and my dog from the sun at monthly events. I wasn’t looking for something so heavy duty I could use it in 40 mph winds, but I wanted something put together well enough that, treated with care, it should last a while. After obsessively studying Amazon’s offerings for pop up tents I decided on this one, and was not disappointed. There weren’t that many reviews but they were all good, and the weight of around 25 pounds made me think I could handle transport and assembly/disassembly myself (I’m a short but reasonably strong and agile 70 yo woman who’s comfortable with constructing things). I was not disappointed. I did a dry run in our parking garage, including putting on the canopy. It’s basically like a very large folding umbrella. I took my time to understand how it worked, and once I did, assembly and disassembly were quite easy. Once I had it down (leaving the canopy on), I put it in the carrying bag. It fit snuggly but not so tight it was difficult to get it in the bag and zip it. The bag is about an inch too long to lay flat between the wheel wells of my Outback cargo area but easily fits everywhere else. All in all I’m very impressed with the tent. It’s well designed and carefully manufactured, and operates smoothly; the fabric is fairly light but not flimsy; and it can definitely be handled by one person. I didn’t use the included ropes or stakes, but be prepared that the included stakes are quite thin metal, so if you wanted to use it for breezier conditions such as wide open areas like beaches you might want to use ones that we’re longer and stronger. Then again, this isn’t a tent meant for gale force winds, but used appropriately it’s definitely a winner. The same company makes A 10’ one with straight legs so that the canopy is 10’x10’ (canopy on this one is 8’x8’). Now that I see the quality if I decide I’d also like something larger I’d feel confident ordering that one as well.

Great for camping and the beach!
I love this product! It was a very easy set up which took all of 3 minutes and was an amazing part of bestie beach day. The canopy also provided much needed shade from the sun as myself as well as my 2 best friends have fair skin and burn easy. It was pretty windy the day we used it and it didnt even need the stakes and ropes. The canopy is not that heavy which is also great. It helps to have 4 people to help spread the frame out and lift the legs at the same time but not necessary I could see one person or 2 setting this up easy. I like that the topper velcros right to the frame very tight so it won't blow off before you attach the rest of the top. A big selling factor was that we could keep the top on when tearing it down and the rolling carry case. We were able to fit 3 coolers and about 10 chairs underneath and my husband still had room to lay down in the sand in the middle. I could see myself using this when attending or having bbqs, going camping, birthday parties, and group events on the lake. This was the best $109 I spent in a long time!

Bin sehr zufrieden.
