Is one of the vials adjustable ?

No, these vials are not adjustable. This is one of the things that make the Stabila levels so good - precision set vials that are extremely durable and accurate.

Where are these made?

They are manufactured out of Germany and from my opinion they are the best levels out there I own multiple Stabila levels they are the best and most reliable levels i have ever owned not to mention Accurate.

I pretty much deal with just plastic and copper, does this have a groove for setting on pipe like the magnetic ones? I lost mine.

No, there is no groove for pipe, the bottom is flat.
