It doesn't say except serving size 2 caplets. Apple cider vinegar powder. 90 days worth if you take 2 a day.Taste is not bad and no after taste. You can smell apple cidar smell. I have gout and I take one a day along with SportsResearch Organic Tart Cherry capsules 800 mg one a day. I have no more problems with gout. Gout or not. It is healthy for you. As you know.
