Addi Turbo Circular Knitting Pins, Metal, White Bronze, 100 cm, 3.00 mm

I am really impressed with the smoothness and quality of the Addi needles I have gotten. This is no exception. The needles are smooth, the transition between cable and needle is delightful. My only reservation is when I use my needle gauges, both Susan Bates and Hya-Hya, the needles do not gauge at the advertised #2. Susan Bates shows it larger than 2 and lose in 3. The Hya-Hya has half sizes and gauges both of my #2 Addis at US 2.5. I also have their lace tips in this size. Both gauge at US 2.5 or 2.75mm.

I changed from using bamboo dpns to these. Wow, what a difference. The bamboo dpns were great for when I need grip in my needles but these are super for when you have everything established and are ready to fly through your knitting. The points are perfect. Not too sharp, not too round. Slick so stitches slide easily. Love, love these.

Awesome! Love these needles for socks. I do wish the cord was a little more flexible.

I love addi turbos but the brass needles just were not slick enough to move the stitches smoothly and quickly when working on socks in stockinette. I was definitely satisfied when I tried sock rockets. The are pretty much the same as addi turbo lace, but with nickel needles instead of the brass ones. I will be buying more to build a collection of these for sure.

I learned to knit socks about 2 years ago using the DPNs but wanted to be able to knit from the toe up on a circular needle. Tried another brand and they were ok but when I heard about Addi turbo Sock Rockets, just had to try them. May never knit socks on any other needle or any other way than the magic loop. Amazingly smooth join and comfortable to hold. Hope to soon be able to knit two socks at a time. This needle will let me do it.

Love these needles, I knit with a tight tension, and the yarn does not stick to these needles! the work goes right along quickly! thank you for these needles!!!

It doesn't seem to affect the use too much but it annoys me. I thought I would be able to bend it back into shape easily enough but there seems to be some sort inner piece that was broken and it snaps back into the bent position :/ The connection of the needle to the cord is abrupt and keeps catching on my yarn

these sock rocket knitting needles are the perfect sock needle. they work extremely well on all types of yarn. I've already told any one who knits with me that they should consider giving them a try. Cable long and flexible for magic loop. Metal needles have good weight and feel. Needle tips are slightly pointy. Good for socks.
