These help curb my appetite without causing me to get shaky or cause heart palpitations. I only use one stick and mix with water. You can use more than that daily. Plus, they taste great!

I take this before Zumba dance class and it provides smooth, energy & I seem happier. Tastes good. Easy to use. I've lost weight taking only once a day. It has helped me while fasting as a detox. I do pour water as I pour Slimquick because the powder floats & it's to much to inhale. Pouring water pulls more of the powder down. Overall it's perfect for me. I preferred the gummies but they don't seem to be available anymore.

I have used this product for about 2 weeks now, I am down 7lbs and have kept the 7lbs off. If you mix it with a full bottle of water, it tastes fine, there is no bad aftertaste like some packets. I recently stopped drinking pop and don't use flavored packets for water anymore (Walmarts brand of kiwi strawberry was my go to, left no aftertaste and tasted great) this gives me a little extra once or twice a day over straight up water. I usually only have 1 packet a day around lunch (which could be why I haven't lost more weight) and it seems to give me the boost I need to make it through the afternoon and into the evening (energy wise and feeling full) I am not a healthy eater (would prefer a nutty bar over vegis) and have not changed my diet or started exercising at all. Because of the little extra energy, I feel like doing more when I get home so the extra walking around the yard or cleaning that I do could be considered exercise but by no means am I lifting weights, doing sit-ups or walking on a treadmill! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for more energy, feel full longer to avoid snacking or to lose a few pounds (my goal is about 15 more pounds). I'm sure with a diet change and maybe a little exercise I will make it to my goal. I cannot say if this will help lose 50-100lbs or more as my goal was about 20lbs.

Appetite control works great. No boost of energy Tastes like berry flavored barium. Those who don't know closer to tums. Only 4 stars because of the taste.

This actually tastes really good, really really good but it did not do anything for me. Did not curb my appetite at all and I'm pretty sure is why I've been bloated since starting. Gave it 3 stars for taste. If you want to give it a try at least you will enjoy it even if doesn't work for you. Also it doesn't tear open! There are no perforated lines so you need to use scissors which extremely frustrating when on the go.

Bought this only a few weeks ago and used during a vacation to Disney. I didn't realize I forgot to eat until around 6pm daily even after walking 6-7mi around the parks all day! I only used one packet in the mornings. Still using it while home, and it still seems to work well as an appetite suppressant. Saw a few lbs loss so far...

I had been, and still am, using another brand but they keep having inventory issues. As such, I looked for another that had appetite suppressant qualities. I'm not interested in energy, it's just a side effect of the caffeine. My point is, do look at the labels closely as some imply they are for "dieting" but are only suppling B vitamins and/or electrolytes. This has both overlapping ingredients to the other brand, and has some different ingredients. I find I respond to SlimQucik just a bit better and it's a tad less expensive but we are talking .03 - .05 cents per packet. I eat twice a day, 11 am and 5 pm. I use it starting anywhere from 9 am to 10 am until 10:30 am, to help me keep on my schedule. When things are really bad, I use both brands at the same time. I always use a large coffee cup, I'm guessing about 1.5 measured cups, and add ice. I sip it, not guzzle it, and if there's any leftover come 10:30, I put it in the frig to add to the next day, or sometimes in the afternoon if things are bad. So many things affect hunger and it's not pleasant to have to pay for this help but I'd rather that than lose control. I have lost weight, about 2 pounds a week. I eat a low carb, high protein, diet. I've been doing this for years, but often ate too much, this helps me not do that.

The mixed berry tastes HORRIBLE!! I wish I could return it! Stick with the tangerine or pink lemonade! I buy those two flavors all the time but thought I would try the mixed berry since the pink lemonade will take to long to ship. What a big mistake! So disappointed!
