This thing is amazing - I had baked on rings around the inside of the burner that I could NOT remove. I tried other cleaners, I tried Magic Eraser. I rubbed and scrubbed but couldn't get them clean. I was leery of using a razor blade, but the provided tool did not scratch or harm the glass - just make sure you use it at an angle as the instructions say.What worked for me:I put a few drops of the cleaner on and used the scrubber. This removed some of the ring, but not all. I then put a little more cleaner and let is sit for a couple minutes, then wiped it off until there was just a covering and used the blade tool and it came right off. Glass looks good as new. I meant to take before and after pictures, but I forgot to take the before pictures.Highly recommend this product.

This works very well. At first I just used the cleaner and was disappointed but then j used the razor blade to get the spots that wouldn't come off with the cleaner and it worked! And then I put the cleaner on again and it made the stove pot so shiny and clean! Definitely recommend

I'm 25, recently I moved out of my parents house to an apartment. At the house, there was a electric stove with removable burners that were washed biweekly by me or my mother. Needless to say, confronted with a ceramic top stove in my new apartment I was lost as hell on how to clean up the mess of a boiled over pot of milk and butter. Enter amazon and this product.It works wonders, its easy to use, and it arrived on time without damage. Cleaning up various messes is simple, plus I was able to use the chemical to clean a stubborn spot on my sink too.

Had residue on the new cooktop that would not respond to cleaningwith a sharp razor blade. The cleaner and the scrub pad(s) took theresidue right off.

I like how well this works. I also like that there is a pleasant not overpowering scent to the cleaner. Simple wipe it on, buff it off, little elbow grease if needed. If you made a big mess there are tools for that too. I haven't yet, so can not review the tools specifically. It is a nice size bottle that was full. I actually ordered 2 as I bought a new flat top range and had never owned one before. You do not need a lot to clean your glass top, I could have just ordered one and it would have lasted a long time.

I wish I had taken a photo of my stovetop before I cleaned it so you could see the difference. It is amazing. The scrub pads are great too and they don't scratch, neither does the scraper. First, you use the scraper to remove the burnt debris. Then you pour a little bit of cleaner and scrub with the pads. The holder makes it easy to use. Then you wipe it with a paper towel or the convenient cloth and voila! Beautiful again.
