Sorry for my bad english. Is this fabric suitable for curtains? I want heavy and thick curtains because the sun shines all day long into the lounge.

It is beautiful material a the quality is good. If I were to use the material for drapes, I would line them. It is not quite as heavy as the usual jacquard drape material, but the lightness of the fabric would give it a nice "drape" to it. Lining might help protect the material from fading and sun rotting, although I really have not used it in this manner to have that kind of experience with it. Hope this helps.Zuladawn
