They work ok. Not exactly a fix but help to cushion some. Thankful they come with two pairs but would have rather paid half price for only one pair.

We've had these for about a week and at first we were skeptical. Like, how is a padded sock going to help?? Well now, he refused to wear any show without them. He wears them over his normal socks, they look like socks so it doesn't look silly. It takes a moment for them to get used to the padding in the middle but so far, they've been amazing. He said his foot pretty much stops hurting when he puts them on, and the other foot (that has severs disease) doesn't hurt as quickly.

These are a game changer! 2 of my grandkids have heel problems when they play soccer. These have helped so much! The kids love them so much that they choose to wear them to help with pain all the time!

I brought these for a friend's child and they are absolutely brilliant less pain and more manageable for her child to walk without being as in much pain as they were in before they only negative is the takes ages to actually come .

Work great, heels don’t hurt while wearing these.
