It is infused sugar which as far as I know has no gluten in it. it adds a lot of flavor and I have found I use very little of it per cup. I normally drink my coffee black so I may use less than most but be warned that this is a very small container. So it is pretty expensive for the amount that you get but I find it to be a nice treat to give to myself.
