What I Hoped It Would Be
I used it in making a caramel expression drink and loved that I could actually taste the burnt sugar. It was what I hoped it would be when I ordered it. I think now I will use it for my butler and expect it to be delicious.

Not A Lotta Creme
Love Creme Brulee and caramel but if I closed my eyes, I couldn't say it tasted like that for sure. It's sweet and ground fine. I added it to my vanilla sugar for a boost.

Yummy cream, Brulé caramel sugar
The taste is yummy not overwhelming. I think the sugar could be a little coarser. A good topper for desserts. So far I’ve added it to my hot chocolate. The product came in a timely manner.

Exactly what I was looking for!! It tastes like crème brûlée from a restaurant! A little expensive though for the amount you get.

Poor packaging
The sugar is more a fine dust and unfortunately packaged quite poorly because the metal design for the casing is prone to denting as it came in through Amazon with the lid crushed. This makes it quite hard to open and close and required finagling and to be moved to a new container. The flavor profile is good but the texture isn't as expected.
