I have a long crease from the corner of my mouth almost down to my chin-I am not sure if I need the lip lifts, or the corner patches-which one?

You want the corner patches, which are sized for this. The 'Gentle Lifts' are much smaller, oval patches, meant for small areas - specifically around the lips.

How long does it last?

There are a couple of answers here. I notice that the lines between my brows ('elevens') are not as pronounced after a year of frownies. How long it lasts from when I remove them in the morning is a few hours and I treat the area with a product that includes argireline, matrixyl 3000 and hyaluronic acid which helps to 'freeze' the area -- like an affordable and natural botox treatment. Check out Argireline Fine Line Serum by IQ Natural in Gladstone, Oregon. Hope this helps.

Is there anything in these to help with wrinkles long term or they're just supposed to like "iron out" your wrinkles for a short period of time?

Yes, they help for a short amount a time. However, I think they will help the wrinkles from getting worse.

Can these be used above eyelids?

Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend them they didn't stay on.
