You don't get what is on the description. Only received 1 tunnel and 2 tents like many other customers

Falsely advertised.
Ordered this in anticipation of my sons 3rd birthday. Upon opening his presents this morning, We were presented with 2 pop up tents and 1 tunnel, despite the fact it is clearly advertised as having 4 pop up tents and 4 tunnels. Major disappointment, add to that the faff of returning and finding a replacement

Also caught out by the whole “not four tents/tunnels” problem. Two tents and one tunnel arrived. Will be complaining.

Received this for my sons 1st birthday, only had 1 tunnel and 2 tents, even though its clearly advertised as 4 tents and 4 tunnels. Amazon have said they can't send missing parts, I just need to return and re order!!

Save your money!!
Gutted as only received 1 tunnel and 2 tents. Waste of time and money so sending back for refund. Tried to give benefit of the doubt to some recent reviews and I have been caught out sadly.

missing and broken parts
was so looking forwards to receiving this but it was missing 3 tunnels and 2 tents!!!we got 2 tents one of which is broken and 1 tunnel. have to return product and really want it but can't trust the distributor. gutted.

Do not buy
Ordered, less than half arrived, ( 1 tent, 2 tunnels) then I read the review and this seems to be common practice for them. Did get my money back

False advertisement 1 tunnel 2 tents. Amazon when is the rest of the order its advertised as 4 tents and 4 tunnels.
