Since my therapist taught me how to tape my knee several years ago, I have used this tape consistently. I have it on 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It goes in the shower and lasts several days before I need to re-tape. However, I have found that as the tape nears the end of the roll, the adhesive property becomes weaker but still adequate. The tape is very supportive, and the few times I have been without it, the pain returns to my knee. One Negative--the shipping. In the past, I have always ordered the tape directly from the company in the UK, and the metal cans of tape always came in a nice sturdy box--no problem. This is the first time I ordered through Amazon. The paper envelope, in which the cans had been shipped, arrived torn and empty with a postal stamp indicating that it had been delivered without the contents. I reported this to Amazon and a replacement arrived in three days. However, beware--I did receive the tape, BUT the second shipment was also sent in a paper envelope and arrived torn. If it had been lifted by a corner, all the tapes would have rolled out. These cans should really be shipped in a cardboard container.

This tape adheres well without skin irritation. Helps with pain and swelling. My physical therapist recommended and I will continue to use.

Great stuff. It was recommended by my physical therapist because the precut stuff I could get in the grocery store wasn't sticking well on my foot, and this is what they use. It's much more comfortable overall as well.

I have very, very week connective tissue in my ankles and feet. After 20 years of sports injuries I have had 3 lankle surgeries, including replacement with a cadaver tendon. That being said I was looking for an alternative to the PT braces. I have tried this tape and the black tape. The support of this "2nd strongest" tape provides effective stability and movement support. The tape adheres nicely and last me about 3-4 days between changes. It handles the run-off soap and the water of a show without a problem. For my situation, I do prefer the black tape if I do things outside that will require my ankles to work better. This mid-strength tape is nice for me in an everyday environment. I really appreciate the comfort and support over my braces, especially at night to keep from turning my ankles in.. But, as I said, if I need to really rely on my ankles I use the black tape. It's unfortunate that it doesn't come in bulk, that would be less expensive for me.

This product was used when I was in Rehab. I plan to continue the use of it to help as by knee is strengthened. I am having soe trouble getting it to fit and stay in place. I will continue to try to apply the tape better.

I’m using this to splint a dislocated distal joint on my pinkie finger. It is the best splint so far! It pulls the finger to the proper extended position for healing better than any of the numerous splints my PT has tried. It is inexpensive enough to be changed a couple of times a day to be kept clean and at its peak of adhesion. Lightweight and unobtrusive as a splint.

Burnt skin terribly from reaction to tape.

Due to quarantine I stopped being able to go in to physical therapy, they had been using a nice tape on my feet, and I needed to buy some so I could apply it myself at home to help with the pain. This is the exact tape they were using. It works great. It stretches well but doesn't lose its stretch. The adhesive doesn't leave a residue, but stays in place until I remove it. Even though its strongly adhesive, it has not caused me any skin irritation.

Love This Dynamic Tape For its good quality and stretches both ways ! Does the job it needs to do and stays to the skin well enough for 3 days depending on skin dryness without having to use everytime additional adhesives ! Clients love it for its cool tattoo patterns too :)
