Q: Does this keep the oil under control or does your face still end up shiny after couple of hours?

I have extremely oily skin and this somewhat helps however… underneath it, I do use the elf grip primer, let it dry and then apply a PEA SIZE of this primer only on the most problematic areas, I then use a translucent powder to set it before putting my base on and do my full makeup routine. I find that using this method helps my pores to become almost invisible and the oil is kept at bay for (honestly) a good 7-8 hours before I have to blot those areas. Hope this helps :) Also, Sidenote: if you have oily skin like mine, I suggest you buy the Makeup Revolution super fix fixing spray. Apply a layer of it each time you apply a liquid product to your face. This will ensure your make up does NOT transfer or become oily during the day. Hand on heart, I’ve slept in makeup and woke up the next day with it still looking fresh :)
