What do you mean by rechargeable ? Can I recharge it again and how.?

The battery is made for a cordless phone that has to be recharged after leaving it off the base. When you put the phone back on the base, the battery gets recharged. The phone will actually tell you when you need to recharge the phone. My first battery lasted over 5 years.

It has worked perfectly fine now for about 2-3 months. No problems. Hopefully that is what you are looking for.

how do i remove the battery

Depends on the device the replacement battery is for. Should have a removable cover, once battery is visible, remove by pulling white connector from device receptacle, should be a snug fit, not clip to release/remove.
