I bought this ENEGON dual charger and 2-battery kit as a lower-cost alternative to Sony’s genuine NP-FZ100 batteries, which are considerably more expensive. However, at less than half the price of a single Sony battery, I wanted to see whether these were genuinely usable or just another cheap compromise.First impressions were actually very positive and I’ll cover both charging time and 4K video record time in this review.The packaging was tidy and well organised, with the batteries individually wrapped and boxed inside the main package rather than simply thrown loose into the box. The charger itself feels lightweight but reasonably well made, with the inclusion of a USB A to Micro-USB Cable, but no USB-C cable. If you want to use this with USB-C you will need your own cable.The dual charger is compact and easy to travel with, and both batteries fitted securely in to the charger with no looseness or connection issues. Charging indicators are simple and easy to understand (four stage animated + all on when fully charged).For my initial test, I charged both batteries from new and timed the full charging process. Both batteries charged successfully without overheating or unusual behaviour in approximately 3 hours and 5 mins (charging both at the same time). If you only charge a single battery it charges faster.So far, the main positives are:• Excellent value for money compared to Sony originals• Dual charging rather than charging one battery at a time• Good battery life (see blow)• Compact travel-friendly charger with options for both USB-C and Micro USB.• Better presentation and packaging than expected• Batteries recognised correctly by the camera and original Sony charger.Things still to test properly:• Long-term reliability• Charge retention over timeBattery Life:With both the Enegon and genuine Sony batteries fully charged I recorded 4K video continuously to test the battery life of each.ENEGON Battery: 1h 37m before the camera shut off.Sony original Battery : 1h 46m before shut off.Being within 10 minutes was OK for me given a lower cost for two batteries than a single Sony.At the moment, based purely on first impressions, initial charging and video recording tests this looks like a very solid budget-friendly option for Sony users who need spare batteries without spending Sony-level money.If the long-term performance proves good, this could easily become my regular backup battery setup.

Lets cut to the chase.I bought these for £38 on an offer which is superb value for money.They last around 70% of an official sony battery for photos and videos.For videos, If you record long form (Wedding ceremonies etc) they off brand batteries get hot quickly. They also dont give you clear indications of when they are running low, anything under 30% on the battery life and they will need changing for video as the battery gives zero warnings and with just turn the camera off or freeze it up. For photos that means you lose 1 picture. for video you could lose the whole file. So make sure not to use them in direct sunlight or anywhere very warm and always change the battery for important longform content.For me they work perfect as I mostly shoot photo and hybrid short clip video and I have bought more since the first purchase.

Update: had an issue with first item sent out but seller reached out and helped sort the problem. Great communication, extremely professional and determined to set right. Product themselves, I'm now very impressed. Works great holds charge for a few days with very little drain. Yes they don't last as long when being used as the official Sony ones but they are three times the price. Two batteries will last you plenty but if you require a days worth then just just order another set then you'll have four to last you the whole day. For a Sony equivalent you'd need at least three costing around £70 each give or take so I'm quids in and have faith that if I encounter a problem these guys with fix quick shape.

I'm a casual shooter, so these definitely go the mile when I'm out and about taking pictures. I think these, along with the Sony battery that comes with the camera, can last me 2-3 days without charging. I do think it would've been better for me to just order the charger and not the two batteries that came with it, and just one Sony battery to have just two batteries to worry about. This highly depends on how you do things, so might not be it for everyone.I also don't think these batteries last as long as the original Sony batteries - going along with reviews with third-party batteries, but this entire setup can be had for half the price of Sony's original battery, so this is a good deal.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – klare KaufempfehlungIch war anfangs skeptisch, ein nachgemachtes Ladegerät für meine Sony Kamera-Akkus zu kaufen, doch dieses Produkt hat mich wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Schon beim Auspacken fiel die hochwertige Haptik auf – alles fühlt sich sauber verarbeitet an. Es steht dem Original in dieser Hinsicht kaum nach.Was die Leistung angeht, war ich ebenfalls beeindruckt. Die Ladezeiten entsprechen ziemlich genau dem Original: Ein halbvoller Akku war in knapp 90 Minuten vollständig aufgeladen, während ein komplett entladener Akku etwa 2-3 Stunden benötigt. Das ist für mich absolut im Rahmen und vollkommen in Ordnung.Natürlich konnte ich die Akkus noch nicht über einen langen Zeitraum testen, aber selbst wenn sie nur 80 % der Leistung des Originals erreichen, bieten sie für diesen Preis einen unschlagbaren Mehrwert. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass ich nun zwei Ersatzakkus zusätzlich zur Originalbatterie habe – perfekt für längere Shootings oder Reisen.Fazit: Wer ein preiswertes und gut funktionierendes Ladegerät mit zusätzlichen Akkus sucht, macht hier absolut nichts falsch. Für den Preis eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

La duración de la batería es impresionante; puedo estar en sesiones de fotografía durante horas sin preocuparme por quedarme sin energía.El cargador de pantalla LED es un gran añadido. Me encanta poder ver el estado de carga de cada batería en tiempo real; es muy conveniente saber cuándo están listas para usar. Comme le RX10 5 est livré sans câble ni chargeur cet achat est indispensable car charger la batterie sur l'appareil est une absurdité .Ces batteries sont bien finies se chargent normalement et font le job elles semblent durables et fonctionnent comme l'original pour moi c'est un achat obligatoire d'avoir 2 batteries d'avance pour une sécurité d'emploie de l'appareil et le prix me semble tout à fait correct.
