These are great! I have 4 throughout the house. They add a nice breeze when you jus need air movement but can keep a room cool if you use the water/cool function. Have survived Florida heat with these when my AC went out and had to wait for a part. Cant do without them.

It worked really good in till it started to leak only had it a couple of months.

They work if you are in airconditioning. They are goid fans even with ice and water in the tanks. They do not replace a/c, they reduce the heat by 5 degrees.

My boyfriend and I got this because the windows in our apartment were made weird and we couldnt fit a traditional air unit in them. With that being said.. Pros : 1. Price okay. 2. Not too big and bulky. Cons : 1. You have to add ALOT of ice if you want to get cool air to come out of it. 2. Cool air does last long at all. 3. You have to be sitting right in front of this to feel it. It doesnt circulate well. 4. Products leaks alot.

Very nice unit. Water evaporation is not very effective in my climate however, if you are near the unit it works wonderfully. This unit is a lot bigger than the lastest popular “Artic Aire” which worked up close. That helped to decide to buy this. This unit is portable enough to sit on an end table right next to me or at the foot of my bed bed. Approximately 3’ tall and 12”by12” square. Very light weight. Moving unit is very easy if you are careful not to slosh water out of it. We have 90 degree weather right now. I am comfortable enough sitting in front of this unit. It is not an air conditioner and does not cool like one but, it costs a lot less to operate I would think and there is only me to keep cool. The use I got out of this unit during this lastest heat wave I feel it paid for itself.

Did not come with the ice packs or the wheels. Just got the fan and the remote, and we ordered two of them. The “AC” works well when using your own ice packs in there. Can make the room feel moist. Would choose these over regular fans , but sad it did not come with the items as pictured.

I like the fact that it really cools. I like it because it has three speeds. It's a little loud but that's OK as long as it gets the job done. I've only had to use my ice packs once and probably didn't really need to then. My brother came to visit me and he said he had to put on his flannel pj"s because it got cold to him during the night with the cooler on. I like the height and it doesn't take up much space. Doesn't use much water. It's absolutely great. And it come with a remote control!!!

I ordered this and did not open right away as the weather was not hot yet. Opened to test it and it was not working from the start-specifically the motor. I communicated with costway about this and it was impossible to solve the problem. Took forever for them to respond and could not get anyone by phone. Then they wanted a picture of what was not working.. was not comfortable dismantling the unit to show the motor. Now my return window is closed so I cannot return the defective item. Very disappointed with the product and the company.

Filled the tray with ice cubes, ice packs, and a litte water: hardly cools the room, 2C less after 30 min

First of all, this product arrived quite early. ! I bought it for the bedroom when my granddaughters come over, my ac doesn't seem to reach the bedroom so that little cooler keeps it nice and cool. My son lugs it down the basement which is where his computer/vr system is set up and along with his turbo fan this little cooler cools down the basement so much! I'm a happy, happy camper!!
