Good Alternative to LG OEM
I used this at a fraction of the cost to replace a LG refrigerator OEM water union that I could not find in stock and didn't want to wait longer for a non-function refrigerator. It works just fine and don't understand the big cost difference between this and the OEM part.

Push-fit elbow
I purchased the wrong size, but I had previously bought a 5/16" union of the same vendor. It was excellent and I am still using it on my refrigerator even though it should have an elbow here (water cup filler on door). I love the "push-fit" idea which does not require tools to do maintenance.
