Seattle Dark, Dark Roast, 42 Count, Single Serve Coffee Pods for Keurig K-Cup Brewers

We have a Keurig coffee maker and my husband and I have tried a lot of different coffee K-Cups to use in it. On a whim I ordered these a couple months ago and my husband likes the coffee so much that he asked me to reorder it, which I did. I read some reviews of these before ordering, and was a little apprehensive as some reviewers said the K-Cups exploded on them, but this has not happened to us. We have now brewed around 50 cups of coffee using these and not one of them has malfunctioned. Our coffee preference is dark roast coffee, and this is a good dark roast blend. It's smooth for a dark roast and not at all bitter! I can't tell you what color the coffee is because it is enclosed in the K-Cup, but our final brew is plenty dark and good and strong. Considering what many major brands charge for their K-Cups at our local grocery store, I find these to be a very good value and I love that I don't even have to leave the house to buy them! If you have a Keurig coffee maker and you like a good dark roast coffee, I think you will be pleased with the Victor Allen's brand. We have been pleasantly surprised and it will be ordering it on a regular basis as long as the price remains a good value.

I love the Seattle Dark blend. The flavor is rich without being bitter. Still has as much caffeine as medium roast. The brand has a great variety of flavors, textures, and blends. Great price compared to other brands.

I prefer dark roast as it has less acid than regular roasts. This brand is the best tasting coffee I’ve tried second only to a local roaster, who doesn’t sell kcups. I’ve ordered and tried 7-8 brands on Amazon and from stores. Seattle Dark is the best. Smooth, not bitter with no bad aftertaste.

This is excellent coffee. Just strong enough to give that morning boost. Its also a very good price for 42 pods. I've order this product for over a year now and will never go back to other brands.

I’m a very picky coffee drinker. Trust me I’ve tried them all. For the money this is one of the best bargain dark roast coffees out there. I’ve been an Amazon Prime member since 2004, and this is the first and only item I have on auto ship. My husband won’t drink anything else (including several coffees in our pantry that cost double the price). What do you have to lose? If you like a smooth bold flavor try this. I’ll bet you will become a believer too. Review update… Aug. 2021 I’m so sad to have to report that after over 40 boxes purchased of this coffee we notice a distinct difference in taste. It appears that they are using different beans as this once smooth, bold, coffee that we drink daily snd loved, is now bitter and not the same. Maybe we just got a bad batch but we are seriously considering changing our auto ship if the next two boxes are also bitter. It’s such a shame. We can’t be the only regular customers that noticed this. Please go back to the previous brew even if you need to raise the price. We are so sad as we’ve recommended this to many people in the past, but now we may need to start a coffee search again soon 😞

Dark roast K-cups. We enjoy these for our afternoon cup and have purchased more than once. K-cups hav long shelf and these are a good value.
