It works.
I've been using this product for years. It seals and acts as a glue for holding rubber sheeting . Good stuff.

Very thick. Not a liquid
Although this didn’t work for me it does seem like it is good quality and a high performance product. It is thick like paste. Definitely need a brush to use it. I was trying to fix a fountain but it definitely doesn’t poor out. Not a liquid. So not easy for my needs. I had to purchase some liquid flex seal for the fountain. Will try this out on my gutters.

Will definitely fix leaking roofs!
This is thick and sticky as tar. You can, if not careful, get it on boards around the roof which may be hard to get off, but if applied properly your leak in the roof will be sealed up.

Worked great.....
It worked perfectly for my sister's roof repairs that I made around her roof vents etc. it's really goohy and won't be useful using a roller. You'll need a paint brush to apply it.
