Hmmmmmmm
Hard to rate because it was super comfortable, but after 3 weeks of multiple daily uses, it fell apart and little blue beads started dropping out. Went into the garbage. But while using it, it was very efficient and worked well. Took the eye lid swelling down.

Helps a lot.
Perfect size, helps with styes and random swelling in my eyelid. I have rosacea and I don't know it's getting older or related to the rosacea but I've had eye issues the past year. These warm quickly in the microwave and feel really nice. The cover is soft but when I need to use it more often, I'll wrap the compress in a facial tissue, just to avoid spreading anything if I can't wash/dry the cover quickly between uses. It's better (in my opinion) than a warm wet cloth that gets cold very fast.

Doesn't last
I used this only about 8 times in the spam of a couple days and it blew up (see pic). It says 8 secs in nut doesn't get hot enough so I was putting it in for 15 secs each time.

Must have for stye
Such a great alternative to the warm wet towel on eye compress. This thing stays warm for a good amount of time. Only bad thing is you must use caution when warming up as the little balls inside them can explode and it loses its function. Have bought 2, both helped me through styes. You get up, wash your eyes out with baby shampoo, then apply this compress for like 30min to 1hr a day. Stye will be gone within a week of caught early enough.

Great
This is great to use on my very dry eye. I like that it’s for a single eye since only one of my eyes is really dry.

Use with caution
Don’t actually get to use. It arrived today and heated it up per instructions and it unfortunately exploded. Be cautious when using.

So effective and so easy to use
Every once in a while, one receives a product that performs so much better than expected that its value -- i.e., quality divided by price -- is extremely hight. I deem this warming compress an unusually good value. It couldn't be easier to use. I found that on my particular microwave, 12 seconds is just right. It's not hot enough to be uncomfortable, but it stays warm for longer than the 5 minutes my doctor prescribed per sesdion. It's soft and easily conforms to the eye. It's light and easily held in place, but it's just the right size to completely cover the eye.I do have one suggestion: using a woolen item, like a sock or mitten, between your supporting hand and the compress helps it retain heat much longer than it would when being held in place only by one's hand. Lacking wool, a few layers off cotton fabric would help, but wool is better for containing and retaining the heat.

These are the best warm compresses I've found.
I have conjunctival cysts in both eyes, and I require warm compresses every day for at least 10 minutes. These warming compresses are the softest and most comforting that I have found. I've tried them all, but these are my favorites. They are a little pricey, and they wear out after a while, but I always keep a pair around to rotate with my other compresses. I use these when my eyes are bothering me the most because they are the most comforting. You have to be careful not to microwave them for longer than 20ish seconds or they will explode little beads all over the outer cover. I like that they can be heated with the covers on. I used to get them from the drug store, but I can't find them there anymore. I'm glad I can find them here.
