Easy to use and get consistent thickness

I purchased this to slice bread that I make in a bread machine. It isn't quite large enough for a medium loaf out of this machine (3 cup loaf). It took me a few tries to get the hang of where to hold it and how to keep it steady. I am happy with it. I even started using my electric knife.The bags that come with it are completely useless for any bread that is the size of the guide. They are more for flat loaves, like ciabatta, or rolls maybe?

Works well, folds up to put away easily. A big help for me as I've been making low carb bread in my bread machinea lot lately. I'm terrible at slicing bread evenly. This helps me get as many slices as possible out of each loaf I make. It's lightweight plastic so I'm unsure about durability but as long as I don't try to stand/jump on it I think it will be fine.

It is cheap plastic and a bit weak and wobbly but it works well enough. Not sure what size bread machines other customers have but loaves from my 2 lb bread machine fit nicely and slice nicely in this. I only gave it three stars though because, as mentioned in the beginning, it is a bit wobbly and cheap. But I also didn't pay a whole bunch for it either so you get what you pay for.

I've recently started working on my own breads.Even though it doesn't officially say it, I feel like each thickness is based on what you are cutting.I prefer thin slices of bread on my sandwiches, so the 1st size is awesome for this. Bread is thin enough that it creates a more balanced sandwich, but thick enough that the bread doesn't break apart.The 2nd size is great for quick breads.It's so much nicer when I can gift an evenly pre-cut pumpkin loaf vs just plopping a log-like item on someone's counter.The 3rd is perfect for garlic bread, Texas Toast, or initial slices for making homemade croutons.It folds up easily and has held up great in the dishwasher.

This bread slicing guide is great. I like that it folds up so it doesn’t take up a lot of storage space & that you can adjust the thickness of the slices. I wish it had rubber feet though since it tends to slide around when you’re using it.

Easy to clean but I sturdy and difficult to use. At least my into did not come with a rubber bottom to hold the unit in place while cutting the bread. The sawing motion would then make the unit move while trying to cut the bread. If it had grips on the bottom, I'd probably give it 4 stars.

Folds up to @4” x 6”. Price is great. But it is not as easy to use as they show. You must keep pressure on the loaf in order to keep slice thickness even.
