Easy install, fits perfectly
The product fit perfectly and installed easily. For the most part it stopped the occasional pungent odor caused by the old (in my case, original) filters. Amazing how manufacturers can build in a stink and then sell a bandaid fix for it.

Overpriced and outrageous shipping cost
Though these filters are the correct ones for our unit, they are severely overpriced. I will be seeking out alternatives. What really irritates me is being charged $23.00 for shipping. The unopened packaged weighed 4.1 oz when I weighed it on a scale. The UPS label stated 2 pounds. What?! I'm not understanding why the label said it weighed 2 pounds when it clearly doesn't. Shipping via USPS for a 4.1 oz package would be about $4.00.

Inaccurate product description
The description of the filters is misleading. Based on the product explanation I was expecting to receive 4 pieces but only received 2 pieces. As a result these filters are overpriced and i am very disappointed. I would like to return them.

Biggest Ripoff of all time
I expected 2 sets, but the dubious wording was confusing and I paid over100$ for one set of filter’s that are about 1.5”x 7” in size in a flimsy plastic frame. Might have cost 2$ to make. Unless they do magic, I would just clean them and put them back!
